Food was amazing. Wait staff was great, but kitchen was slow.
Ambiance seemed off but not sure if that’s due to covid restrictions. The food tastes pretty good my family and I enjoyed the prime rib and Kung pao calamari the best. The food is also reasonably priced it was 7 of us and we ordered multiple appetizers and drinks and the bill was under 300. Our server was also very kind and attentive. Only warning is the food does take a very long time. Luckily my family and I were not in a rush but it was noticeably 20-30 minutes between the time we ordered and when it made it to the table and it did not seem to be crowded. Overall the experience was pleasant and I would consider going back.
Service was ok but the food was horrible. Our appetizer came out stone cold. The main entrees while very nice looking had a bad taste and we didn’t finish. When commenting to the server she could have cared less.. won’t be back here, very disappointing
This was my second time here and it's such a great little hidden gem that's freeway close. Perfect for small, casual business meetings or a low key girls night for Wine Wednesday.
Great food, drinks and service! Chill atmosphere for a private outdoor lunch.
Great food and service. Enjoyed the outdoor dining.
the place has so much potential, okay service and food was pretty basic for how pricy it was.
I like the food and outdoor dining. Definitely would go again.
Service was horrible . Took our waiter forever to get our order
We went during happy hour which wasn’t busy surprisingly, the waiter still charged us full price
She was horrible , her name was Katie .
She messed up on our drinks , tab and just overall experience was a no. I wouldn’t mind going back but the staff needs to be better or
Waitress Viviana was great and very professional. Please let her know we appreciated what she did to make a our meal an enjoyable one.
First of all, I enjoyed the fire pit; however, the booth and the ground underneath our feet was filthy. It was appalling. I just focused on the beautiful fire pit while eating and tried very hard not to look at how filthy the ground was. I looked around and the other booth were not as dirty as the one we were seated at. I enjoyed the food, but service was terrible. Our appetizer was very late and our main course was delivered about five minutes afterwards. Not a happy camper.
Overall an excellent experience highly recommended. A true hidden gem in our backyard. Originally, they seated us outside on a cold night after we requested indoors, supposedly because of Covid restrictions. The problem occurred when we requested a heater because every other table had 2-3 overlapping heaters and we were told they had none available. Eventually they seated us inside as originally requested and the experience changed dramatically. On a summer night outdoors would be perfect, but in the winter it’s a mediocre at best experience with no heaters. Inside in contrast elevated our dining experience, quiet ambience with attentive wait staff.
Eating outside was cold and they wouldn't move heaters (sparse crowd)
Great outdoor seating area.
Went on a Date night and
We enjoyed the place
I would definitely go back
Waitress was wonderful
Hi MariC, Thank you so much for your comments, we are pleased to know that our team took excellent care of you and that you enjoyed your experience at The Cutting Board while having a date night! We hope to serve you again very soon.
Great place to eat and food was amazing
Worst Valentines dinner ever. The waitress brought appetizers, salads, and entrees out all at the same time. One of our meals was completely raw and when we asked for a refire, we waited an hour and still never got it. Will not go back to this restaurant ever again despite the awesome outdoor area.
Food was great! Service was a little slow, but they were also busy. Our heat lamp went out, but the staff quickly put a new propane tank in it for us! Cool patio for date night or an everyday night out.
The food was very good. The ambiance was romantic. The server was very nice, but service was a little slow. We would definitely go back.
Amazing food and atmosphere (exception to that were pretty loud guests at a neighboring table, a little bummer for a romantic dinner night). Great service, nice view, will come back
Met up with some friends for brunch there was one person making drinks and taking orders. It took a super long time to get our food and drinks
Since it’s hard to find a place to celebrate our anniversary, we were happy to find reservations at the Cutting Board for Sat night. Of course there was only outdoor seating but each table had a heater next to it, along with the entire back wall a fire feature, adding ambiance to the outdoors. Our server was attentive and food was good also, making for a lovely evening out!
Had lunch on the patio because of Covid regulations.
It was a picture perfect day.
We all had marvelous salads.
Skirt Steak, Ahi tuna, Salmon and Pear.
They do a great job with these dishes.
Everyone of them delicious and fresh
The Cutting Board was a pleasant surprise.
We ordered drinks before dinner and loved the patio environment on a perfect Fall evening.
We each had salads for dinner and they were all excellent.
I had the Skirt Steak Salad, my grandson had the Ahi Tuna salad and my wife said she had the best Seared Salmon Salmon salad she has ever tasted.
The server was attentive and prompt.
Great outdoor setting. More lighting is needed as when it got dark we could hardly see our food.
Great place for Date Night!
While overall the restaurant was very good, we did reserve through Open Table for dinner. When we arrived, there was no record of our reservation. There was only a table inside a separate patio away from the nice area. We were then given a low cocktail table with couches for our dining experience.
Food and service was exceptional. Would go back to try the rest of the menu.
We waited 15 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes to order food and another hour for our food. The place wasn't even half full The waiter was very apologetic and gave us a free drink, so customer service was ok. Just not a good place to go unless you have 2+ hours for a one course meal.
Great food and great service.
Had dined once before and really enjoyed it. New menu has a lot of great salads and appetizers were good, but entrees not very interesting and salmon was overcooked.
Coffee shop food, prime rib dip was bland.
Always amazing. I wish they had some misters outside though especially when it's so hot. Great food, great prices and great staff.
Quality food and good service. This was our second visit this month. We will return
Terrible location, restaurant need ambiance, this is just like sitting outside your own patio overlooking the street, needs some sort ot decor, drinks are just ok.
Wine Wednesday is the best! Half off on all bottles!
We choose this restaurant for: food selection, family atmosphere and quality. It did not disappoint any of our party of six. We will go back soon
Good food, great staff. They treat you like family and always make sure you are taken care of.
Haven't had any issues. They have amazing food. Their burger is the best imo. Half off wine on Wednesday is the bestà
