Posted on the restaurant's site was that the full menu would be available. It was not. We were limited to the Thanksgiving menu, but they didn't allow for potential food allergies. The vegetables and potatoes had been sitting, so their flavor was bland. The prime rib was okay, but not worth the price. I expected to be seated in a restaurant, instead it was just an extension of the lobby bar.
Place was good. Empty. Quiet. Service was ok. I'm sorry but the good was not good. No salt, no marinate, no tenderness. Prime rib was thin and fatty. Drinks were too sweet like Strawberry lemonade and ice tea was dark. Tursmisu was frozen. Creme brulee cold. The only thing that was good was the charcuterie board and Kung pao calamari. $700 like nothing (8 people)
We were one of 2 tables busy that evening, the staff was nice, but the food left a lot to be desired. We had the calamari, which was very fishy- so we could not eat it, the steak was fatty and chewy, seems like inexpensive meat. The restrooms located right outside were disgusting . Told the staff right when we came in. 45 minutes later, nothing had been cleaned up. The manager sent someone to clean it, and again, the it was disgusting . Will unfortunately never be back. A shame, looks like it could have been nice. Thank you to the staff for trying your best :)

It was more of a cafeteria style setting. There was a bar with seating but because of Covid the chairs available were too close for comfort. So we sat at a table next to a window. It’s located in a hotel and it was a busy Saturday and noisy. The food presentation was as if were being served in a hotel room. The food was mediocre. The service was good.
It is a old looking banquet hall hook to a hotel. Waited to get a table in an empty room and you can tell the food was was frozen and overpriced

This restaurant was nothing like its description. The menu was limited because the 2 dining areas were divided along with the menus so we couldn't order from a larger variety. There was an event in the nearby ballroom so it was quite loud. The food was tasty but I expected a bit more for the price. There were only 2 waitstaff so the service was a little slow.
Good food with reasonable pricing, did a good job with social distancing, feels like a pretty safe dine in experience during this difficult time, staff was attentive and polite.
Burger was good but took 15 mins to get seated when it wasn’t even busy. Place was inside a hotel and didn’t look that well kept on this evening
The restaurant furniture are very old and y but conditions.

I gave it a 4 star for ambiance because it’s just a big banquet room. The chair you sit in is like a couch which is great!

Very nice outdoor sitting area, it's next to the road and noise but still very nice atmosphere. The servers are very warm and charming.
(Just be careful menu for outdoor is different then the inside restaurant, outdoor is more like bar style food)
My husband and I wanted a nice quiet dinner and The Cutting Board definitely impressed us. It is located inside the Doubletree hotel. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and the food was delicious.
We found the restaurant was not as casual as the picture on open table suggested, nor the pricing listed appropriately (should be at least $$$). The restaurant is quite classy, at least for the standard dining. I was surprised to see my seat was in desperate need of repair or replacement, the seat part was discolored and peeling. There was also a cleaning cloth that appeared to have been forgotten on the floor by the front windows.
The service was sufficiently attentive. Our beverages were refilled when emptied.
Only complaint is I wish the server had not taken my knife when she removed the bread plates. I ended up using my son's pocket knife to cut up my pasta instead. The dishes we ordered were outstanding!! My shrimp lime fettucine had perfectly balance flavors. My husband enjoyed his chicken, and our son the Cutting Board burger.
We were not dissatisfied with our visit.
When restaurants open back up fully, places need to prepare for service workers. The service was handled quite poorly, but the food is delicious! We had the Kung pao calamari as appetizer which was tasteful. Drinks were made poorly due to lack of Bartenders. Dinner was filets a d those were prepared to taste.
Well, our expectations were high due to the reviews only to find out that it is not the same menus for lunch also not specified menu changes on website. We drove 35 miles to sub par experience during the day. The food was good and made the best of our little drive.
Wow, we walked in...no one paid any attention to the 3 of us...finally we practically seated ourselves after no acknowledgement. There were 3-4 wait staff milling around who went by us several times. There were maybe 4 tables of people eating. We we getting ready to walk out when finally, after 15 min a waitress came...we got our drinks....another 15 min went by....took our order....another 20 min went by....got our food.....after we ate...our check took another 35 min... You get the idea.. . don't bother!

This place is not what it says online. They sit you in a hotel banquet room. The menu is not the same as what is posted on open table or on their website. I ordered a charcuterie a board and the meat was half brown and half red like it had gone bad and then I had Bologna. Worst experience ever.

Very short staff, took 40 mins to get our burger, and 20 mins just for a beer.
Food was amazing. Wait staff was great, but kitchen was slow.
Ambiance seemed off but not sure if that’s due to covid restrictions. The food tastes pretty good my family and I enjoyed the prime rib and Kung pao calamari the best. The food is also reasonably priced it was 7 of us and we ordered multiple appetizers and drinks and the bill was under 300. Our server was also very kind and attentive. Only warning is the food does take a very long time. Luckily my family and I were not in a rush but it was noticeably 20-30 minutes between the time we ordered and when it made it to the table and it did not seem to be crowded. Overall the experience was pleasant and I would consider going back.
The food was pretty good but we did not realize that they were still on a limited Covid menu. We had researched the menu on their website and there were many more dinner choices.
The restaurant part is kind of tucked away in a lobby area. This was our anniversary and it really lacked some ambiance. Maybe it looks better when they are not dealing with Covid.
As I said the food was pretty good so I would recommend this place to others in the area but not for a special occasion.
Service was ok but the food was horrible. Our appetizer came out stone cold. The main entrees while very nice looking had a bad taste and we didn’t finish. When commenting to the server she could have cared less.. won’t be back here, very disappointing
This was my second time here and it's such a great little hidden gem that's freeway close. Perfect for small, casual business meetings or a low key girls night for Wine Wednesday.

First of all, I enjoyed the fire pit; however, the booth and the ground underneath our feet was filthy. It was appalling. I just focused on the beautiful fire pit while eating and tried very hard not to look at how filthy the ground was. I looked around and the other booth were not as dirty as the one we were seated at. I enjoyed the food, but service was terrible. Our appetizer was very late and our main course was delivered about five minutes afterwards. Not a happy camper.
Overall an excellent experience highly recommended. A true hidden gem in our backyard. Originally, they seated us outside on a cold night after we requested indoors, supposedly because of Covid restrictions. The problem occurred when we requested a heater because every other table had 2-3 overlapping heaters and we were told they had none available. Eventually they seated us inside as originally requested and the experience changed dramatically. On a summer night outdoors would be perfect, but in the winter it’s a mediocre at best experience with no heaters. Inside in contrast elevated our dining experience, quiet ambience with attentive wait staff.
