   Our waitress was amazing. Great beer selection. We had chicken nachos and kung pow calamari. Great all day menu. Doughnut wholes for dessert!! Great experience

   Very cold inside restaurant. Electronic doors kept opening. Dinner wasn't the best for the price. Wasn't top notch food.

   The ambiance and food were amazing but the service severely lacked. 30 minutes for a drink to arrive when no one was there. Had to flag down server just to get service.

   Classic brunch options and the meat carving stations were the highlights along the charcuterie board. The charcuterie board was not refilled. Big disappointment was there where three options I was excited about the oysters, sushi and lobster Mac and cheese which they advertised and the main reason I selected this place for my Mother’s Day brunch but they did not carry any of them. Customers service was ok and they didn’t really know the exact food that was being offered and the location. Seems like the main chef is doing it all and needs a manager to manage service, food etc.

    I recently visited The Cutting Board restaurant at the Doubletree in San Bernardino for a casual dinner with my mom. We were in the mood for something light, with a couple of cocktails, so we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Jose Luis was our server. We ordered a variety of dishes to share. The charcuterie board was a highlight, featuring a well-balanced selection of cured meats and cheeses. The charred Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly, offering a nice combination of flavors. The honey chipotle wings had a delightful sweet and spicy kick that kept us coming back for more. For cocktails, my mom had a Paloma, which she said was refreshing and had just the right amount of tartness. I opted for a spritz, which was light and bubbly—a perfect complement to our food. Overall, we had a great time at The Cutting Board. The combination of tasty food, well-made drinks, and a comfortable setting made it a memorable evening.
