   Had a fantastic dinner. Our waitress was incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcome from the start. The tamarind shrimp with hush puppies was a standout—one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while, even if just slightly overcooked for my liking. My wife’s salmon with gnocchi was also excellent. The poutine was out of control in the best way—fries with chimichurri is a winning combo. Cocktails were perfectly balanced and a refreshing departure from the typical offerings nearby. The only small miss was that nothing special was done for our anniversary, despite noting it on the reservation—but honestly, the experience was so good overall that it didn’t take away from the evening. Can’t wait to come back.

   Food was tasty and hot. Drinks were good. Dessert was good, had the butter cake with ice cream. They also put a candle in it for my daughters birthday 🥰

   Had a great experience. Very organized and seated promptly (with reservations). Drinks and food were delicious. Service was wonderful. The only (small) issue was that it was a small dining room and it got pretty warm in there. They opened the big glass doors, which was nice but then it was cold pretty quickly. We would definitely return, but just come a little more prepared for the temperatures in the restaurant. Our party of 4 was happy with our experience.

   It always feels like I’m with family when I go to The Cut. Food is delicious, I love that their menu changes seasonally, and the offerings are creative and tasty. Service is amazing, and the owner always makes his rounds adding to that family feeling. It’s like I’m going to my very trendy, kind of well-off cousin’s house who happens to be an amazing chef.

   I love it here! The atmosphere is nice & quiet & the food is in my opinion the best at Victoria Gardens. Thank you to everyone for going above & beyond to make every meal a meal to remember. Poutine Reuben Steak Frites All 10/10

    The food here was so amazing simple ingredients with amazing flavor me and my wife shared each other burgers because both were so good all the sauces they gave was amazing as well as the appetizer we choose, we also got to meet Steve the owner who he shared with us about some ingredients they use and how he was about to start his business from a food truck to restaurant. 10/10
