   The service was some of the worst I have experienced. Food arrived at different times as orders were wrong. Asked if we wanted the food order which was correct to remain on table, said no, then the same food was brought out to us which was cold. Was around 10 waiting staff for a small area, but service was inefficient. I was sat in front of a cupboard which staff needed to access so constantly needed to move. The food was poor quality and did not match the ambience of the restaurant. Will not return due to poor experience.

   Food was excellent, great service, all the staff were extremely friendly and quick to serve. If anything waiters were a little bit too attentive; e.g. filling up my water everytime I take a sip

   Wow, what a gorgeous restaurant! You walk into a stunning setting, so impressive! We ate from the lunch set menu which was unbelievable value! The food was delicious! All in all a really lovely place serving beautiful food that we will most certainly be returning to!

   wasn’t great service at beginning but they acknowledged it resolved it very quickly and we were very satisfied! dave the manager was great

   What a gorgeous restaurant!! All the staff were fantastic, food was delicious and the venue is spectacular inside. Will def be returning.

   We had a lovely lunch here. The food was good, the service was outstanding. The staff have obviously been well trained and their attention to detail was excellent. Our waitress was Mia, I asked for more water and told her I drink a lot of water. She remembered and kept my glass topped up. The lunchtime menu of 2 or 3 courses is reasonably priced and it was beautifully presented. The building is beautiful and the original fabric of this grand old building has been respected. The ladies toilets are remarkable, just beautiful and spotless. Well done Cut and Craft, I was impressed!

   Lovely venue , excellent choice on the menu , very attentive staff,beautiful bathroom/toilet fantastic decor the food was outstanding 😀 would definitely return and recommend
