Housed in the restored 19th century Victoria Quarter, The Cut & Craft Leeds is a beautiful restaurant with historic features and a show-stopping central cocktail bar.

Open every day serving lunch and dinner, with brunch and roasts on the weekend, you can expect elegant interiors in a building rich with character and a lively, vibrant atmosphere.

Named 'Restaurant of the Year' at the Yorkshire National Business Hero Awards in 2023 and 2024, The Cut & Craft combines contemporary steak and seafood dishes with a premium list of locally-crafted drinks.

We have an extensive food menu all made freshly on site including our signature flat iron steak, prepared by our very own in-house butcher.

We also regularly host brunches and special events with brands like Whispering Angel, Moët & Chandon, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS and more.

It was the best steak that I have this year - been to the Hawksmoor in Manchester (twice) , Cibo (Manchester), San Carlo (Hale), Grande Cafe (Manchester) just to name a few restaurants that I have eaten in - but I have to say Cut and Craft Leeds was excellent steak cooked to perfection, Rib Eye and sides were very good quality, is it expensive .. yes but the food was great.

Great service, ideal wines and excellent food. The lunchtime prix fixe selection is particularly good value. Staff were very careful about our allergies.

Birthday celebrations made special at the Cut and Craft Leeds restaurant. Attention to detail was first class. The staff were really professional whilst still being friendly. The food was really good, ranging from oysters to steaks and the drinks were good quality. The restaurant itself is really nice with a feeling of grandeur but also welcoming. We will definitely return.

Really disappointed heard so many excellent reviews. We were seated upstairs as busy downstairs, even tho I booked weeks in advance, no atmosphere at allThey brought out our food before any drinks arrived at our table, we sent the food away and asked for the drinks first waited 25 mins, had it been busy could of understood. Then the food came. Unfortunately, my son overheard, a member of staff talking about food that was being served to a table next to us. And I have to say it was quite disgusting, and extremely inappropriate… Having said that food was good, atmosphere non-existent

Lunch at Cut & Craft on Saturday 28th June. First impressions on entering building were WOW!! - absolutely spectacular. The whole of the building looks like it has been very well restored maintaining as much of the history as possible. Our server Luke was very friendly and happy the chat through both the food and the history of the building. We had Cajun Monkfish & Fillet Steak for our mains. Both were extremely tasty, the steak was cooked beautifully medium/rare. Great selection of wines and cocktails.
