   Very good value and lovely food and service. We popped in after going to the wedding fayre at the Monk Fryston Hall over the road where I will be gettign married next year, so wanted to sample the local village pub's food and was not disappointed - it was a great place to go with my family an dfuture husband and enjoy a gorgeous Sunday dinner :)

   Took some friends that had traveled from Scotland for evening meal only to have our ears blasted out from from poor quality tanoy system because I wasn't aware when I booked that there was a 3 hour quiz night. It took several attempts of asking to lower the volume. Moved tables only to greeted by a buzz from another speaker. Food was ok but why it took 1 hour to arrive from an unapologetic waiter, when the restaurant looked empty.
