This stunning 14th century pub in the unspoilt village of Kinnerley offers beautifully prepared seasonal fare alongside delicious pub classics. Offering real ales from local breweries and a interesting winelist. If the sun is shining dine or enjoy a drink in the beer garden with its village green charm.

Warwick Kidd started his career as a part time pot washer at Ludlow's Michelin starred La Becasse under Head Chef Will Holland. His natural ability meant it wasn't long before he was starting to cook and his career soon blossomed. He moved away from Ludlow to gather experience which took him to France, where he cooked for 2 Michelin starred Jean-Luc Rabanel.

Zach Hermon's career started at the age of 15. He has worked at some of the country's most prestigious restaurants including Raymond Blanc's 2 Michelin starred 'Le Manoir aux quat saisons' and more recently 2 Michelin starred 'Moor Hall' in Lancashire - Winner of first place at The Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards.

We had an amazing Sunday lunch at the Cross Keys as always. The service and food is exceptional. One of our favourite places locally to dine.

This was my second visit, this time for Sunday lunch. It was just as good as my first visit; more evidence that this place consistently produces excellent food. I will definitely visit again.
