    The Flat Iron Steak was great & came with a very nice side salad with dressing. The Summer Fruits pudding was excellent. Service here is always good, we had to wait a little bit longer than usual but it was a busy Saturday night. The complementary still or fizzy water is much appreciated. Prices are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and that includes the service & ambience as well as the food. A bigger car park would be great for when it's busy.

    Lovely atmosphere and very good quality food. It is obvious that is a very well run pub and we had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch. Will definitely be back again.

    Lovely venue, staff need more training, food is exquisite but expensive, sting in the tail is the service charge!

    The Cross House Inn is truly an oasis in the outskirts of Bristol. Situated in the sleepy little village of Doynton it provides a wonderful and varied menu and wine list. The service couldn’t be faulted with everyone being extremely welcoming and friendly.

    Tasty food in a lovely Cotswold stone pub. Sun was shining and doors were open to the surrounding garden making the experience even better.

    OK. Food was good but far from the outstanding recommendation I had. The decor is a little stark.

    We’ve been to the Cross house a few times and enjoyed the meal every time, the staff are friendly with out being intrusive, it’s a great place to celebrate and we’ll be back again.
