   Absolutely shocking service and food from the start. The waiters didn’t provide cutlery for our Mother’s Day meal until after the food arrived. They over charged on the bill.

    Food is average. It's obvious by the extensive menu that much of this is not cooked fresh but frozen and just warmed through. They should concentrate on a particular cuisine, at the moment it's Italian, Greek and Thai, not even the best restaurants could cope with that variation. However the young staff they have working there are superb, helpful, pleasant and professional.

    We turned up for an early evening meal when there was a children's Christmas party and singer on. We didn't know about the event at the time of booking. It was very loud which meant as a family we couldn't sit and talk. The music started after we had ordered. Staff were friendly and tried to help by moving us but it didn't really make any difference unfortunately. Nam Ploy food which was good. I would recommend if you don't like live loud music whilst eating check if they have events on before you book or turn up.

    Booked online for a table of 5 and was not told that I needed to pre order any food. Got there to be given a menu of pizza and pizza only and was told that it is because I booked online and didn’t pre book my food. I explained that when I booked it did not say I needed to pre book or I would have. I was then told by a young girl that she doesn’t know why it didn’t tell me as she did not create the website. Very dissatisfied. If you are going to allow customers to book through an online service they should be given all the correct information so that they can order from the full menu.

    Read the website and was looking forward to the Chefs speciality Monk fish for our anniversary dinner. No where to be seen on the menu and no specials. Almost walked out but unfortunately did not. Ordered Tasteless lasagne, worst I’ve had and therefore didn’t eat it, Hubby had a spicy hotdog which he did enjoy. Will not be going again.

    Gorgeous pizzas and lasagne, very generous portion sizes, faultless service and great value. Music a bit on the lloud and intrusive side. Decor within is better than exterior suggests.
