   Very welcoming. Had a wonderful roast dinner in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and great service … The only negative is I felt a bit squashed in and a couple of times clashed chairs and elbows with the guy sitting directly behind me.

   This is a lovely country pub in a beautiful location. We had dinner on a Saturday evening and were seated in an empty dining room with no atmosphere. We had to ask for menus and to order drinks. The food was overpriced pub food which, when it arrived, was extremely disappointing. The curry was bland and tasteless, the salmon just about ok, the plaice special was more bone than fish and pretty lacking in flavour, the risotto was what I can unfortunately only describe as odd tasting slop however my daughter said the burger was nice. Such a shame as this place has so much potential.

   We had the most delicious food - in particular, the fish and chips were amazing! A menu of traditional pub food but done very, very well. The service is always great here so I would always recommend The Cricketers for a great meal.

   If you love a roast, with friendly staff, dog friendly then the Cricketers is the place to go!! Its our 'go to' pub for Roast Dinners!!

   Great experience! We were well looked after from booking to leaving. Highly recommend the food and the service topped off by the beautiful setting of Mill Hreen. Exactly what we wanted for Mother’s Day.

   Really nice table. Really friendly attentive staff. The food was great quality. A really nice place for a family meal. The pub garden is clean and tidy with a good play area for the children
