The Cricketers Inn is everything you would expect from a traditional country pub: cosy interiors, open fire, well-kept ales, local gins, a good selection of wine and a warm welcome from the team. You can choose to dine in the restaurant, the dog-friendly bar area, or outside in our large beer garden.

We are all about creating food that is full of flavour without the fuss. Hearty pub classics and daily specials that can be enjoyed in a relaxed environment with the whole family. We champion local producers and are

    Staff couldn't be more helpful before our booking or friendly on the day. They were very accommodating & allowed me in just before they opened to put up some decorations. The choice on the menu was great - I had crispy beef salad which was amazing! Definitely be back again.

    Like the number of stumps, the Cricketers have the three attributes that make an excellent choice of where to eat. Food, ambience and service. Howzat for a combination.

    Wonderful food, excellent table service and a great evening! The staff were very knowledgable about the menu and helped with gluten free options. Very friendly but a high standard of food and service.

    Excellent as always - only problem is choosing what to order ! Too many nice things Smoked trout Caesar salad was incredible and the pie of the day was excellent and sharing the vanilla cream with toffee and popcorn was the best finish 😘 Will be back for sure

    Excellent pub and the food was outstanding. Our table of 4 ordered 4 different mains and each one was so good. Will definitely be returning
