The Crest Gastropub flagship restaurant opened its doors in the Clintonville neighborhood on Earth Day 2013 as the first full-service restaurant owned and operated by A&R Creative Group. The Crest Gastropub on Parsons Avenue quickly followed in 2015. The Crest is driven to provide excellent service, locally-grown & locally-sourced foods, and innovative, seasonal menus all with a commitment to our environment and community. We grow as much food as possible in our carefully-designed raised beds and rooftop gardens at the Crest Garden at our Clintonville restaurant. Food that is picked to eat tastes so much better than food that is picked to ship, so we take our ability to grow very seriously. The Crest Garden allows us to create a dish that is delicious, nutritionally dense, and environmentally thoughtful. What we can’t grow in our garden, we source from our strong Ohio farmer network. The love our local farmers and growers pour into their products is the highlight of our dishes.

Great food. Sadly they had run out of their cinnamon rolls. Also should serve tea in small pot; help keep the water hot longer.

Overall our visit was good. Everyone in our party was surprised and a bit disappointed that your menu had changed. Several of us were looking forward to your sweet potato fries, which you no longer offer. I tried the regular "hand-cut" fries and was very disappointed. A few others were wanting to order the falafels because the are vegan, but those are no longer offered either. Our waitress was awesome!

We used to love the inventive and well prepared food. Totally disappointed this last time. It was a struggle to find something we wanted to try. The charcuterie app platter was disappointing. It was sparse and the olive oil dumped over the meat completely masked the delicate flavors. Mustard was wonderful on it. The chicken in my salad was so overcooked that it was difficult to cut it. My son’s hamburger was likewise over done. My husband did score with the beef baracoa, I only wish that I enjoyed those spiced flavors so that I could have ordered it after getting my meal. Service was pleasant , attentive and professional.

Had the salmon burger and my date got the Veggie burger. Both were very good. The Ebb + Flow cocktail is amazing! It was a busy night, so I can’t knock the service too much. The timing of some things was a little off. One app then 20 min later another app, then 3 min later our entrees, but everything was delicious. Would definitely recommend

Service was extremely slow. We had three different servers. The food was not hot and had no taste. First time coming and my last.
