   Food service was excellent. Servers very slow and mostly shuffled when they walked and not very attentive. Had to ask for water and the check. Singing Santa’s singing very irritating and so off key. Noticed Santa managed to greet all tables except ours and the other parties of non-white patrons. This was very obvious and insulting considering I am Caucasian but my spouse and our son are African-American. That did not deter us from enjoying the ambiance and beauty on the 17th floor. The greeters and food staff were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you!

   Staff are the shining star of the Club lunch. Food is good but not exactly high class. Waiters and greeter are top notch, very pleasant and accommodating. Room is very nice and if lucky enough to get a window table then excellent view too.

   Value wise I would say this would be for only special occasion and I would recommend that they take off mandatory gratuity and possibly lowering the pricing since the selection was limited.

   The Crescent Club is possibly the most beautiful private club in Dallas. The Thanksgiving buffet was sumptuous with extensive offerings, well prepared, and beautifully displayed. The staff was excellent and the ambiance was perfect.

   Appears the previous reviews were taken seriously. Staff was attentive. Why people think it’s ok to FaceTime at the table on speaker is beyond me. Buzz kill to atmosphere.

   Ridiculously priced for a brunch that I had to serve myself, cannot not possibly eat $145.00 + $70 service charge + tax. I read the price in D Magazine as $125 per person and I had no idea about the massive service charge. Overpriced and very unhappy!

    Friendly service, lovely atmosphere, and tasty food. The negatives--poor service (Gave me the wrong drink and never came back to check in. After 15 min, went to front desk for help. Also, misquoted price for drink and didn't honor it, just apologized. Water only filled at end of meal.) Food was horribly cool. It could have been a good meal but when soup, entrees, sides--everything is cool, not even slight warm, it's a bad meal. I didn't like paying 22% gratuity for very poor service.

    The server came to the table to bring our first drink & to pick up the gratuity at the end. Never did he return to ask for refills. We called on him by waving him down but he was just zooming past us multiple times. I felt ignored by your waiters or servers, all on the floor. A sweet Latino lady refilling the waters offered to get us someone to take our drink orders. As tough and hard the bloody prime rib was, the raw Brussels sprouts & the raw, multi colored carrots, we definitely needed more drinks. Food selection should of taste better. I’m disappointed with the service. I should of went with Del Frisco Steakhouse or somewhere similar for the price that was paid here. They never disappoint. I did not sign for additional gratuity.

    Valentine dinner. No complaints. Didn't rate 5 stars because things were good but not great. Might be because it was VD; lots of diners. They did offer to seat us at the prime table (next to arched window). What would have made it 5 stars? A little better service (less rushed/more personable). Interior looks slightly dated. "Wow" food. Better value for the $.

    Not sure why this is even considered a restaurant on Open Table, it’s a private club with subpar service and the most basic buffet I’ve ever seen. The view is AMAZING though

    Went here for Christmas Eve dinner. They had an extensive buffet, especially for seafood and steak lovers. Bacon wrapped tenderloin on the carving station was very good, and the kids mac and cheese was a surprise hit. Service was a bit inattentive - our dirty plates weren’t cleared while we were back at the buffet and we had to chase someone down for both a second round of drinks and our bill. But, the servers and staff were very nice, and the Santa they had to greet tables and take pictures was great. Overall a nice time out for a special occasion.

    It would’ve been nice to know that it was banquet only. You need to do a better job of serving hot food when you charge $135 a person out of 22% gratuity. The ambience was miserable the food was sub standard in the service was average at best

    Chose Crescent Club for a special Christmas Eve family dinner. Went with high expectations based on other reviews, location, and the menu. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Spoons were extremely difficult to come by and only available by special request. So coffee and soup were a pain. Service was terrible and difficult to get. Only known club members seemed able to receive decent service, and the online menu did not disclose the mandatory service charge. The food was okay but even the hot food was cold, and definitely not better than anything you could get at some of the other top restaurants in Dallas. A definite skip and definitely not worth a second trip.

    Went to the Christmas Eve buffet. The food in the buffet line wasn’t warm, was eating cold lobster ravioli. The selection was plentiful but expected more for the price tag of $170 per person. Staff was friendly

    Great experience on Christmas Eve. Absolutely beautiful place to spend an evening. Food (buffet) was excellent, and kept full and maintained through the evening. From the moment we arrived, until we le left (about 2 1/2 hours) the staff was on point and made the experience memorable.

    Was the worst experience ever. Even if someone invites you and offers to pay, say no thank you. The only thing worse than the food, is the service. They used the excuse they are usually a private club, for not having any food options, no dessert, and couldn’t do multiple checks or cards. We took clients for holiday lunch and we were so embarrassed by the whole experience. It’s AWFUL!!!

    Have only been for the Thanksgiving buffet but it was excellent. Very wide and delicious selections and the service was top-notch. What was confusing was that it was almost impossible to get reservations yet it was only half full during the hours we were there.

    The view was very nice and romantic. That being said that’s about it. Service was sad and our filet was ok. Lukewarm food. Sorry I knew there was probably better places around the area to eat. But we thought we’d give this a try since we were staying at the crescent. Never again

    What a wonderful experience! This was our first time at the Crescent Club and it did not disappoint! The food was great and atmosphere and service was phenomenal. The waiters were very attentive and it was just an overall amazing birthday celebration.

    We dined at the Crescent Club before going to see the Eagles concert. View of Dallas was spectacular, our service staff was attentive and friendly, and our food was wonderful! Dining at the Crescent Club was great way to begin what was a wonderfully fun evening!

    THe Crescent Club is a private club and is not open to the public….so it shouldn’t be on Opentable where the perception is that the public can dine there. Fortunately I called to make sure check since I had been a CC Member for 30 years. Also it showed there were no other reservations available and there were no other diners there when we arrived at 6 and only 2 others arrived during our entire meal

    I went today June 24 2021 with my best friend to have lunch.. it was really bad will never come back ..the food is really really bad they need to hire someone that knows how to cook, I think the iced tea was the only thing that tasted good, and it’s overprice for what you get .. so disappointed.
