   Great small place - cocktails were great, wine list also acceptable (but it’s not a wine place!). Food was excellent; actually one of the best steaks I’ve had. Not inexpensive so check the menu before you go for prices, but for me it was worth the money.

   Had the Smoking Gun cocktail, which was excellent. I've had the Smoke Show before, and I like the Smoking Gun better--both are very good, but the Smoke Show by comparison is much sweeter. The carmelized onion dip and chips was good, but could've had double the amount of onions to really amp up the flavor; as it was, it was heavier on the sour cream flavor. So it sounded more flavorful than it was. The pork belly rillette was OUTSTANDING. So good. Rich smoky flavor on the pork belly, but not at all overwhelming, and paired with the fig jam for a slightly sweet compliment and then the apple chips for a crisp textural element. I'd come back to Craftsman just for the pork belly rillette!

   Not bad but not worth the price. Service was good. Truffle fries was best item we tried.

   Parking at the Tempe location is sometimes difficult to find but the food is well prepared, the cocktails unique (I had the Rebirth-refreshing and not too sweet) and the wine selection good! Will definitely return!

   Out of olives, out of the wine we wanted, server only seemed to know about the pork volcano and cheese plate, not much about any other items

   great experience. The food was delicious - the Volcano pork was amazing as was the burger. The service was very good despite them being short-staffed.

   Fantastic food! The meatballs, the chicken lollipops, and Volcano Pork were favs. Very excited to have a restaurant like this in the neighborhood and hope they stick around for a long time!

    All was just OK. The wings were good, but the rest was mediocre at best. Our server tried to make it better but most was out of her control.

    I made a reservation and received a confirmation. Went to restaurant to find it closed. They marked my reservation as complete. It wasn’t complete as we could not dine there since it was closed. Called. Got a voicemail and left a message.

    The food was amazing. Make sure to get the chips and dips. All of them are so delicious. The smoke show is a fun drink if you are into bourbon. Definitely will be back.

    Really great. We weren't going to return because of the unfortunate encounter/experience with Marty but because we liked Zach so much we decided to give then another try. We had great food and great service (blond server) and the Nuevo Estados was immaculate!

    We had a wonderful time here. The truffle grilled cheese was delicious - perfect amount of truffle oil to balance the cheese. The pastrami was amazing - practically melts in your mouth, and the fries were perfectly done. Crisp on the outside but soft inside. The service was friendly and prompt.

    Zach was our bartender and also our server. He was great. Food was very good. GM was incredibly rude as there was a mix up with our orders. When addressed he handled it in the worst, rudest way imaginable. Bill after tip was $247 and for that kind of money I expect much better, more gracious treatment than what was given. He made my entire group uncomfortable and for that we won't return. I'd been so excited to try this place since last summer and two people in my party were traveling from philly, we chose this place from a long list of maybe's. Regrettable decision.

    I had high hopes for this night and it really fell short. It was moderately busy for a Friday night. Parking is a big issue. Postino’s is right there so the lot was full. We circled five times looking for a spot. Once we arrived it took fifteen minutes before a server came. Another 30 before we got drinks. They came one at a time. But they were very good. I had finished mine before the third one was delivered. Our server was really out of it. The manager Matine came over. I asked her if we ordered food how long it would be. By now we were ready to leave and eat somewhere else. As no one in the restaurant had food yet. She went to talk to the chef. She gave me a few items that would take long but in general fifteen minutes she said. If we got our order in right away. We gave it to her right away. It was 30-45 minutes before any food came out and then it came out one dish at a time. Spaced five to ten minutes apart. The food had potential to be good. The lollipops were spot on. Perfectly cooked and presented. The portobello sandwich was ok. A bit plain and very creamy. Fries way overcooked and greasy. The poblano Mac n cheese had good flavor but needed a cheesy cornbread crumb topping and baked. It looked like microwave Mac n cheese. The burrata melon salad was ok. Arugula, with a nice dressing, burrata and watermelon. Which is not in season therefor tasteless. Should have used a different fruit. The manager tried. She was very apologetic. Kept saying they will get better. The general manager came over and apologized for not being there said he had to go to the Scottsdale store. He did discount or bill 50% and still with tip it was $106. So it would have been quite expensive at full price. Sadly the issuer here was the staff. The place has only been open a week. They are not on to a good start. I hope for their sake the management gets the crew in line. I went to the restroom and say the dishwasher on a milk crate on his phone. The kitchen was so behind

    This is a new location. Food was very good. The Staff was very pleasant. feel the service was a little slow but will improve over time.

    We came here for my daughter's birthday dinner. I knew the restaurant was newly opened, but didn't realize it was only five days! The space is airy with lots of room. It's in a shopping area we frequent, so it's nice to have another option here. Of course, we had to start with cocktails. My husband ordered the Bourbon Smash and I got the Lavender Sour. Both were very tasty! Definitely recommend them. He ordered the artisan pasta, which was very good. One daughter ordered the carpenter's chicken, which was very flavorful. Note on that: It does take a little longer to cook so be aware. My other daughter had the truffle grilled cheese. OMG! So cheesy! And the tomato soup was really good. Wish there was more of that soup though. I had the trout which had super crispy skin (Yum!) over a creamed corn that my kids kept taking off my plate! The service was very attentive too. Even for so soon after opening, there seemed a decent crowd too. We will be back.
