Our Collingwood venue located at 390 Smith Street houses our brewery and distillery operations as well as cellar door, eatery, bar & functions space. Housed in an historic double-story building, The Craft & Co in Collingwood offers a unique experience to drink and dine in amongst the distillery and brewery operations, whilst the food and drinks reflect our overarching desire of supporting Australian producers and makers. Our gins, spirits, beers and wines feature heavily across our menus and incorporate these products into dishes wherever possible.

It was fantastic. The drinks were great and the food was amazing. Peter (f) was a legend and keep our drinks topped up and was very accommodating.

The drinks here are great. A wide selection of own-brewed beers and spirits. We grabbed some take away beers and a bottle of the amazing gingerbread gin on the way out. Unfortunately the meals were rather lack-luster and with a function out the back the service was slow. I'd recommend for drinks with friends, but I'll be skipping a meal in future.

Had booked for 11. Only 10 seats available. 1.30 Sunday lunch, multiple menu items unavailable - including once they had already been ordered. Several people on the table waited over an hour for their meals - finally arriving long after the first meals came. Disappointing after good previous experiences.

Outstanding service and food, went there for a 60th during the afternoon and were absolutely pampered. Thanks for a wonderful meal!

Party upstairs, we could not hear each other talk. Kitchen closed at 9pm. Wasn’t what I was looking for to spend and evening with friends. We left and went elsewhere. We should have been contacted if there was a party upstairs to not attend as it would be extremely loud. I don’t think u would go back

I found the food here really disappointing. The entrees were fine but the pork belly was so salty and the chips were undercooked and seemed like they came from frozen. We didn't finish either of those dishes. Maybe nice for a drink but I'd skip the food.
