   I had the Bouillabaisse which was amazing could have done with more bread to accompany it though. My husband had fish and chips but found the portion of fish rather small for the price. Mussels were deemed excellent by my daughter in law. Children were very happy with their meals. Shame the weather wasn't good enough to have the doors open onto the terrace. Service was pretty good and friendly.

   The food was good and it was a repeat visit because we had enjoyed it before but the service was terrible. The waitress was very rude and when we challenged her about it she did not apologise but made us feel awkward and the evening was soured. We will not go back

   Had a lovely meal with my family. Food was lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly. Manager very helpful.

   I ate here on Sunday lunch with my boyfriend as our valentines meal out! The view was gorgeous and the food stunning, even though there was a big party in the ambience was great and all the waiting staff and front of house were so friendly we felt very at ease and relaxed! We will definitely be returning. 😀

   Our pizza was disappointing. The vegetables that were meant to be on the top weren’t recognisable as such.

   I'm lucky enough to live locally, so eat at the Crabshell often. The view over the Creek is lovely, and sitting outside in the summer is a real pleasure. Ambience is relaxed and friendly, food is great.

   I don't know why the booking form asked if it was a special occasion because I put it was a Birthday Celebration and no mention or acknowledgement of that took place

    Despite booking with the message of we are bringing a small dog, it wasn’t noted. We were given a really poor table. Service was from a very young staff who clearly didn’t want to be there. The building upstairs is very impressive after the refit but downstairs is shabby and looks dirty. Food was 50/50. Fish was good the Cajun??? Chicken burger tough and tasteless and not cajun??? This is such a shame as this was our go to place. Not sure if they have new management ? But I doubt after last 3 visits we’ll return. Just an overpriced, complacent restaurant/pub.
