Birthday dinner was fantastic! Valet, hostess and servers were all wonderful! Can’t say enough great things about this restaurant!! Even called to confirm reservation a few days in advance!
A nice dinner for two... The ambience and noise levels are very minimal. The service was excellent, and the food was great. The overall experience was a plus although we would have loved to be able to dine on the roof top.

Jim was a fantastic server. his recommendations were spot on. The environment is causal upscale in the dining room, but the service was a cut WAY above. Food prep was delicious, portions large, and some really awesome choices. One of the two best dining experiences I have had in the last 10 years. Highly recommended.

The service is impeccable. We had a party of six and had a server per person bring and take our plates away. The food is delicious. The Waygu is the way to go. It is a very lovely, upscale environment.

My husband and I had really been looking forward to trying out this restaurant, so we decided to go for our anniversary this year. The ambiance was exceptional; from the rooftop view, the leather seats, the oversized Jim Draper paintings, the recessed lighting and so on. The cocktails we had at the bar were delicious. I'd recommend, if you want to check out this place, have a cocktail at the rooftop bar and then save yourself a ton of money and dine elsewhere. When it was time for our reservation, we were seated. Again, the ambiance was perfect. However, the food lacked the same brilliance. I ordered a shrimp cocktail appetizer. Given the type of restaurant and the fact that we are a coastal city, the expectation of having shrimp properly deveined seems reasonable. That wasn't the case. 3 of the 6 shrimp weren't cleaned sufficiently. I'm a southern girl, so I did what needed to be done. But had I been another customer, I certainly would've made a stink about that. The lobster tail, when brought out with an apology, was rubbery and charred. I was given the explanation that due to the fact that they had to cook my husband's steak longer, they accidentally overcooked the lobster tail. We are talking about a $48 lobster tail, just the tail. This should have never been served, in my opinion. (They did eventually replace the lobster) But it was quite a disappointment. My husband's steak which was to be prepared as medium was not pink in the center, it was well-done and tasteless. Needless to say, we spent over $300 between the rooftop and the dining room that evening and left with a very unsatisfactory experience; and that was with a complimentary drink for the lobster issue. I would not recommend this restaurant to someone looking for a delicious experience. It was a true let down, and I really wanted to like this place!
My server was horrible we were waiting over 30 minutes for our food and he never came to check on us. We didn't even get our bread for the table or offered to see the dessert menu. I loved that there was valet.

It was my husband’s birthday celebration and they were very kind and recognized this right away. My daughter and husband had steaks - filet and NY strip - and they were fabulous. I ordered the lamb chops. Do not recommend as they were very fatty. In fact, more fat than meat. I should have made this known, so that’s on me, but didn’t want to ruin our special occasion meal. Rooftop for drinks was perfect! But warning - bring some extra money - super pricey!!!

Best steak I've ever had and I've had them everywhere!
This is our go-to place in Jacksonville when we're in town, and we consider it one of the best steakhouses in Florida. Our dry-aged tomahawk ribeye was cooked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor. We paired it with a smooth Trivento Malbec.
All of our courses were spot-on, and we look forward to visiting again.
Not a pleasant experience..We expected top rated perfectly prepared steaks- but could only taste the wood smoke- not the meat.... and filet was to be medium, served very rare. No one ever stopped by to inquire about our meal once it was served. Way too much salt in sides - especially onion straws. Very few bottles of good wine under $100....
This may have been the best steak I have ever had. The rooftop bar was an excellent spot to wait on a late reservation.

Simply amazing. Our first time experience for a birthday dinner. Take advantage of the rooftop Happy Hour from 4:00-7:00. We planned it to be there about an hour before sunset. Be sure to make a reservation for dinner, request 2nd floor, and check in for dinner reservation when you arrive before heading up to the roof. They have done an amazing job converting the century old bank building. The interior is gorgeous. For dinner, our waiter Donnie was wonderful. I got the French Onion soup as a starter. As a foodie and being a French Onion addict, it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. For my entree...16 oz Ribeye Au Poivre. They do a wood-fired finish so the steak has a delicious slight smokey flavor. Delicious. Treated to the Creme Brûlée Cinnamon Roll for desert. Also delicious. Highly recommended.
