The Courtyard’s mezzanine restaurant has been transformed into an exciting new dining space. Created in partnership with Chase Distillery, who have invested in the development and supported the design. Chase Distillery are a British field to bottle distillery, handcrafting an award-winning range of gins and vodkas from potatoes grown on their farm in Herefordshire.

Serving a mixture of innovative small plates and traditional main dishes, The Courtyard Chase Lounge offers a unique culinary experience. Locally sourced, seasonal produce is our focus with sophisticated, nutritious dishes and excellent service.

The restaurant boasts classic elegance with a trendy twist. The lounge bar is a classy yet comfortable space to relax with friends. The newly built rooftop terrace offers al fresco dining and a comfortable lounge area, serving up Mediterranean evening vibes.
