    Craft Stall Holder Day – Join Us! Set-up from 10:00 AM | Open until 7:00 PM We’re excited to invite local makers and creatives to join our upcoming Craft Stall Holder Day! You’re welcome to arrive from 10am to begin setting up and stay for as long as you like until we wrap up around 7pm. Whether you're with us for the full day or just a few hours, we’d love to have you be part of it. To help us manage the event smoothly, we are requesting a £20 deposit to secure your stall. This will be fully refunded when you arrive on the day. This is simply to ensure we make the most of our limited space – at our last event, we had several no-shows, which meant others missed out on the opportunity to take part. We’re looking forward to a vibrant and welcoming day filled with creativity and community. If you're interested, please get in touch to reserve your spot!

    Another excellent experience at the Countryman fantastic service lovely food and very welcoming. We always try and visit when we are in this area. Well done.

    Over all atmosphere was lovely very welcoming. Food was good for price( although my wife asked for park and got turkey with crackling on her roast) Table service was very slow, we had finished our carvery before drinks arrived to the table. Very minor and am sure a one off, usually a fantastic pub for a Sunday roast. Will be sure to return and hope for the great service we have received previous to recent.

    Steak was over cooked and had no flavour. Mojito had no alcohol in it.

    We had the Sunday carvery, it was a lovely meal with a generous portion of meat, plenty of veg to choose from too. I had a small meal and was completely full up, so good value for money. The staff were lovely and very friendly, so a great experience all round.

    Our favourite pub with good food, good value and good friendly service. Thanks to Livvy and Becky (and the bearded young man) for looking after us so well with smiles and chat aplenty! Always a pleasure to visit the Countryman for a meal. Always a pleasure to visit with such lovely staff and good value for money and good food!
