Was put in crammed, loud area with tiny round table barely big enough for one. Was told as check in you " can ask for the other side when reserving" but " it is full" (of course it was not). SUPER loud at happy hour and pre-theater so avoid the early hours if you running to a 630pm show. I am kind of over this place for now - over priced drinks, kind of boring redo of menu, and it's not a casual quiet place anymore. Just a loud hotel bar-eatery joint that is no longer cool as it was when it opened years ago.
I've been out on a hunt before best brunch places inDenver for a while & the corner office topped it off for me! Their crab Benedict is out of this world & their cheesecake waffles are so exquisitely delicious! Their prickly pear mimosa is definitely a must! Do reccomend 10/10!!
Met with friends that I have not seen in 12 years! Good times!
Had to wait 45min after arriving on time for reservation.
Poor host service.
Great service!. Food was very tasty. We were going to the theater and the food came quickly so that we would be there in time. I especially appreciated the server asking about separate checks because there were big differences in the 3 checks.
This was a surprising find! The location is perfect, the food was great and great set-up for larger parties. Everyone at our table loved their meal.
High top table for 8 in the bar worked well for our party of people ages 33-65. The only dish we did not like was the bolognese pasta. The tap water was warm and tasted odd. But overall our experience was fun and we will be back (with our own water)!
Great food Great staff Just awesome
We can always fit in a salad, entree, and dessert before making it to the symphony. Reservations 1.5 hrs before show, and in advance. Service is always amazing! Great menu for sharing.
We love coming here before going to the Buell Theater. The grilled cheese is the best!
Love The Corner Office!! It is our go-to dinner spot before any theater event. Nick is the best server EVER and we just adore him!! Great food, fun environment, fantastic martinis!!
We asked for a more quiet table and the hostess obliged our request. The service was fine, but we did have to ask for coffee refills. the food was very good. We ordered beignets at the end, but the wait for them was longer than expected.
Great food, fantastic mimosas! My one complaint is that the music got turned up a little louder than I thought it should’ve been at breakfast time.
Great location to eat before seeing a show at the Theatre, but the food is not great. Staff was really attentive and took off some items that came out wrong which we did really appreciate. For the $$ you can find better food downtown. Drinks were good!
We have been here a couple times and each time we come the food becomes more average than exceptional like it was the first time we ate there.
A lively, noisy place, but fun. The food is outstanding, and the service spot on. If you can get Nick as your server, do so!
lt was a great place to go on Mother's Day and as a pre-Opera place to have a nice Brunch before the matinee. I appreciated the attentive service on that particularly busy day.
We had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated at a table that was too small. Then waiter to forever to get our order. We made our show just in time, which was good considering the troubled beginning.
Dinner reservations at 5:45pm on 5/11/19. When arriving and telling the host that we have one less person in our group, she changed the reservation and when doing that she lost our reservation and now had to to sit us at a common high top table. I tried to ask why she removed it and why we now had to sit at this table right next to front door. She didn’t have an answer. When the host turned to get menus I saw her roll her eyes at her co-worker. Bad customer service. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The waitress was the only saving grace, she was great.
Good food, very good service and varied menu. The Coner office is a great choice for a pre or post theater meal!
Food is good but music is so loud that you can't hear your party talking.
The food was very good, the service was very good, but it was incredibly noisy and was hard to hear each other at our little table.
A perfect place to go before seeing a show across the street at the Performing Arts Complex. We made our reservation at 11:30 for a show starting at 2 (we were nervous about not having enough time) - even though the place was packed, our server was very prompt and the food only took about 20 minutes to come out! What a nice change of pace compared to a lot of the other brunch options downtown. The bottomless mimosa were fantastic, you can pick from 5 or 6 different juices so it’s a new cocktail every time! Definitely recommend!
If I could give the food more than 5 stars I would.
I made my reservation for a low table (not a high top which was an option). I've eaten here before and the high top tables are extremely small for a meal. We arrived on time and was taken to a high top table. When I told the hostess that I had reserved a low table, she said there wasn't any available. Drinks took 30 minutes, appetizers came before we had anything to drink. When the food wasn't arriving, I asked the server and she said not to worry and she would get us out in time for the 7:30 theater show. Food arrived at 7:10. Ended up eating half and taking it boxed. Didn't have enough time to bring the boxes to the car and ended up throwing the rest out. Bill was $89 and didn't enjoy one minute. That was my Mother's Day night out with my daughter. Disappointed.
Perfect for dinner before a show at the Buell Theatre! Wonderful mixed drink and wine selection! Good appetizer selection. Menu isn’t to big and portion sizes are great, not to big not to small. Salads are very fresh!
Location is what makes me like this place. The food is alright and it’s loud but drinks are good and it’s close to the dcpa.
Excellent place to eat/drink before the opera or other theater performance.
Convenient to the DCPA, but too loud. They have some healthy choice on the menu, but I would like to see more.
Absolutely stunning atmosphere. Great food and cocktails.
Nick, our waiter was great!!! So accommodating; great personality!
Very Modern! Food was great and our waiter was even greater! Wish I remembered her name :)
This our go-to spot before theater and a fabulous atmosphere for the downtown scene. Creative cocktails, delish food and wonderful staff.
Excellent every time. Although we want to try other venues before theatre events, corner office is so good, we never go anywhere else. Servers are class acts. Hosts could be a bit friendlier and pleasant but luckily we rarely have too much to do with them because we always make a reservation.
Excellent food & service. Three of us ordered 3 new items on menu - & all very good!
Great! Delicious food; extremely quick food delivery; tasty, unique cocktails; attentive service.
A consistent stop for us before shows. Never disappoints!
Stopped in for dinner before a show at the theater. Nice restaurant. The food was excellent. The seating was comfortable; however, if you ran your hand over the sofa bench, there were a ton of crumbs. The drinks were not great. I had brown mint in my mimosa. A different drink - a spicy coconut one - just tasted awful. The water also had a weird fishy smell. The service was pretty good. The few things that were bad did not distract too much from the overall experience.
Good place to stop for food and drink before or after a play at DCPA. Service was friendly and attentive. Noise level fairly loud making it difficult to carry on a conversation
