Waiter was very inattentive and uninterested in serving our table. Drink orders took long to come to table. Order starters and 20min later asked for them, they came out with all the meals. Table was crowded at this point. Never was checked on to see how we were doing. Terrible experience due to service for an establishment that had pretty good reviews. No one ever came over and apologized even when we told management how bad it was.
Awesome brunch. They even gave me cotton candy as a surprise for my birthday!
Had a wonderful dinner! Our server even brought us a surprise plate of Cotton Candy for our daughters birthday!!
Too noisy in concrete section. Asked for seating in carpeted area, but no seating available. Was disappointed I was accused of not honoring reservation.
The food was superb as usual. There was a very large, loud party nearby so it was very hard to hear over the screaming but the food was incredible and that's what was important. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Man, I could go for another one of those. I was hoping for bibimbap, but was told that was only on the lunch and dinner menu. Please put this on all your menus, it was incredible when I had it before
The 2 tables next to us were dirty the entire time we were there and I had to swat bugs away because of the mess. The floor was also dirty and we ended up leaving before ordering entrees because of how concerning it was.
Great service. We has Theatre tickets and they got us in and out in plenty of time.
Wonderful ambience. The staff was amazing. Salmon was pretty dry. Fish and chips were perfect. The service was exceptional and we definitely will be going back.
The fruit flys were ridiculous
We had to change tables because of a large loud party in the back. When we did it took a long time for the new server to help us. The food was not as good as I remember, menu almost the same. It had more of a big bar atmosphere than restaurant and bar. Would not recommend or try this again. Too many other great restaurants in Denver, any success this one has is because of the location.
This is a nice, semi-casual restaurant to pop in on nights you’re about to see a show. A few menu items are pricier than need be for what they are i.e. grilled cheese, but in general it’s nice.
The food and service are always wonderful, it is noisy but everyone I ever brought there loved it. Highly recommended
Prompt service and good food and drinks for pre and post theater.
Everything was great but one person thought the GF grilled cheese was devoid of all flavor. Waitress was fantastic!
Food was great. Service staff was great. Location was great for supper before the theatre. Noise level was off the decibel chart. Be prepared to talk with your dining partner elsewhere, as "energetic" is a most generous description of the sound volume on a busy night. Would recommend because of the location, however probably won't go back because of the noise.
We like Corner Office for before or after shows at DCPA. Food is good, but be prepared for service to be a little slow during the before and after show rushes. We always find it to loud to have any sort of conversation; any surrounding tables where people are talking have to shout, only making it worse. OpenTable calls this 'Energetic' - we're only in our 50s but don't have the energy to talk that loud. We'll still go there for the food and location.
Disappointing after all the good we had heard about it. We both had pasta dishes which were bland at best (for Bolognese!) and the martinis were passable but small. It wasn’t awful, but in a downtown full of fantastic choices we are unlikely to return. Super convenient, however, before or after symphonies or shows at the DCPA.
Staff took a genuine interest in my party of 4 having a good time. Despite a tough schedule, they got us out in time to get to the opera.
Always an enjoyable experience when dining here.
The service was outstanding and the food delicious!
What confused us was that they call themselves a martini bar, yet they do not have a dedicated martini menu? While they'll make any martini you'd like, it would be helpful for people who don't usually drink them (me) to have a list to choose from. This is one reason we went there and we were disappointed.
The food was very good, but if you're looking for a "martini bar," this is not the place to go.
Had a great dinner date at The Corner Office! The restaurant is in a great spot downtown and has a fun environment that is somehow both classy and laid-back. Our server, Nick, was great. Very friendly and helpful in navigating our gluten-free options in particular. The food was amazing! Very unique and flavorful options and generous portion sizes. Drinks were great as well and all were reasonably priced. Overall - a great spot for a nice dinner or to grab a drink and an appetizer before a show. Highly recommend!
Very good place to go to before performing arts. Very close and excellent food.
Great theater location
Absolute will return! The staff was super friendly, food was amazing, bottomless mimosas were just right. Great price for the best brunch I've had.
Pasta dish not tasty and way too much food for single serving . Prefer quality over quantity
Excellent cheese steak sandwich. The juice was very tasty. A great place for pre-play dinner.
Felt welcomed, wonderful ambiance
Their brunch is great value and the service was way better than usual bottomless. Never had to worry about a refill and the portions were great for the food
We enjoyed an awesome Galentines Day here for dinner. Our server was awesome and the food was great too. Great experience!
Martinis were excellent and so were drinks. Brussel sprouts are great but can get kinda too sweet when drenched in the honey.
They really do not need to play the music so loudly. When people are having dinner if they want to talk not yell at each other
Our waiter was fantastic and attentive without being intrusive.
Great martinis and food! Service was excellent! My only issue is that we made an effort to be there a little early so that we could at least enjoy one drink before happy hour ends at 5:00pm, but then were told because they had a special Valentine's Day menu, they weren't having happy hour! We didn't want to have full meals, that's why we wanted to go for happy hour, to have a drink and a couple of snacks, for a decent price.
Great atmosphere and food during late happy hour!!
Aside from the ''energetic' noise level, we enjoyed our dinner at The Corner Office. The place was packed so it's understandable how our second drink was delayed even after our server assured us he was on it.
We were on a theatre schedule and worried about the timing, but the manager came through and we had our drink and made the curtain in time. We love coming here when we have a show across the street - AND - even when we don't!
We love the location for dinner prior to a show at the DCPA. We had plenty of time, so we’re very disappointed when our entrees showed up just as we were starting to enjoy our appetizers. Overall food was tasty, but the American coffee tasted pretty much like hot water.
Ladies night for Sarah McLachlan
Last night was a little off - I usually love the corner office but the service was a little slow and I was disappointed in my grilled cheese and tomato soup. The tomato soup, which has always been fabulous, was way too salty. The grilled cheese was great. I usually go there before theatre, but will be a little hesitant next time.
Great place for pre-show dinner and drinks!! Service was friendly and fast, but not too fast. 😉
