The Copper Mill has a private parking lot, conveniently placed for guests to allow easy access to the restaurant. There is a driveway that goes directly up the doors for quick drop-offs and pick-ups as well. The lot is very spacious, allowing room for not only restaurant guests, but guests attending events at our event center.

Horrible service and there were only 2 tables occupied. Food was terrible. Low quality lunch meat in the Turkey croissant.

We had to wait approximately 15-20 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation.

You were completely out of mashed potatoes AND sweet potatoes on an early Friday afternoon. How is that possible? Terrible Planning & Totally Disappointed.

Large round table that we were seated at is incredibly awkward, difficult to maneuver & be served at.

Filet mignon was totally over-cooked.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal after USU graduation of our son. The food was delicious and the menu was interesting. Service was excellent. We throughly enjoyed eating at Copper Mill and will come back on another trip to Logan.

Dining at The Copper Mill for a late lunch was a great experience. We were impressed with the professional staff. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. The menu had so many good options, it was difficult to choose. Soup of the day was a nice light corn chowder. Everything in the salad bar was fresh and presented well. The vegetable croissant sandwich and the grilled ribeye sandwich were a hit at our table. We will have to come back soon.

For our 33rd wedding anniversary we picked The Copper Mill. We had our reservations and were immediately taken to a table, my wife requested to move near the fire and they gladly took us there.
The food was outstanding,service impeccable, the whole experience was phenomenal.
Thank you to the staff at The Copper Mill for a fantastic evening.

Great food - get the salad
bar for the best value. The servers are knowledgeable and quick. The price is a little high but worth the cost if you’re going there 1-2 times monthly.

We decided to finally give it another shot, but were very disappointed. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi linguini and got a very strange Alfredo-style sauce with raw challets instead of the garlic-butter she was expecting. I ordered fish and chips which was advertised as "hand-breaded cod." This first was so processed that I'm sure I've had better from the freezer section at my local grocery store. When then best thing about your meal is there free raspberry jam, then you know you can do much better for $20 per person.

The service was great and friendly. We were seated quickly. The pink panther smoothie was delicious. I did however order my steak medium well and it came back rare but other than that it was a great date and we will be returning.

Loved this place! The salad bar was excellent, cocktails were yummy, service was outstanding!! Filet was slightly overdone for a medium, but tasty. I will definitely return!!

Everything was done as requested, the service was prompt and friendly, and the plate was ht so that the food did not turn cold before it could be eaten.

Cooper Mill had such great potential and such poor execution. Nice quiet place with large fire place. Just right for a cold night. Nicely decorated.

Something just did not feel right when server took our order. You just know something bad was going to happen. My wife ordered a bottle of wine for dinner and asked for a glass now. I ordered a cocktail. After a few minutes my wife's first course arrives - no wine or cocktail. When asked, server said the bartender was "busy".

Canceled the cocktail order. My wife eats her soup alone while I go to the salad bar. I eat my salad alone as she is finished with soup. Of course, dinner arrives half way through my salad.

The server was pleasant enough, but clueless as to the proper pacing of a meal. My wife had the filet which she enjoyed. I had the rib eye and I have never seen one cut so thin. Salad bar was adequate but plates were warm. Cost for two dinners and the wine which finally arrived was $100.

We will probably return as our travels take us through Logan and the place had potential. Next time I am going to be very specific in how and when I order. New rule is do not order any dinner items until after the cocktails have arrived.

Great service. Great ambiance. Good quality food, with prices a little on the high side for some dishes. Make sure to ask your server to list the major ingredients your dish before ordering. I ordered Shrimp Scampi Linguini and it was made with (undercooked) white onions.

Made reservations well in adance but still had to wait almost 30 minutes! Others coming in after us were immediately seated! Host was flat. Waiter was flip after long wait at the table. No real greeting. Staff not up to what the ambiance and prices suggest. A salad bar? And an extremely small one at that? Out of place. Too many other good places to eat in town without the cost and attitude.

Everything about our dining experience was superb. Starting as we walked through the door we felt welcomed. Our waitress was exceptional. The menu was a delight with all we could choose from. Once our food arrived (very quickly I might add) we were all very pleased with how delicious everything was. The bread we were served before dinner was very tasty. Our experience tells me that we will be back again.

We went to the Copper Mill last year for New Years Eve and had a wonderful experience. This year was okay. The options were great, however many of the entrees were out at any given time. The green salad was less than fresh which happens to be one of my favorite parts of the meal. The cocktail shrimp and coconut shrimp were out each time I went. I waited for about 7-10 minutes for someone to bring more cocktail shrimp out. The salmon was also gone my first time through the line. The choices of food are great, the staff is great, we got seated timely according to our reservations and I saw many familiar faces. I would just recommend next year having people bringing food out before items are out. We will be trying it again next year. Thank you for providing a place that is safe and nice for New Years Eve.

Booked ahead for New Year’s Eve with my family. The wait was minimal before being seated. I was very disappointed to be placed in their events section with stackable chairs reminding of a cafeteria. If I wanted this type of atmosphere I would have gone to a all you can eat buffet and saved myself 200.00. The food was decent, but the prime rib lacking taste and not tender. My drink refill was served in a to-go cup because they ran out of clean glasses. I will say our waitress was very good till the bill came and I noticed she had had charged us for 7 when there was only 6.

We were sat at a booth that was to small, asked for a different table, was told it was the booth or the bar and there were empty tables all around, finally got seated in front of the fire place( way close HOT ) the prime rib was tough” again” then they felt free to add a 18 percent tip automatically for a table of 4, was asked 2 times if I was ready for the Check while we were still eating. I always enjoyed the food and service before the restaurant was sold. Expensive and poor quality now. ( manager said they get that a lot about the booths being small).

In making this reservation I requested a nice quiet table seems it was my anniversary. The table they sat my husband and me at was on the end of the big main hall in front of the salad bar so we were literally in the middle of the salad bar line, people in line were touching the back of my chair. I asked to be moved and they moved us to the other end of the main room and it was much quieter and a much nicer location.
The salad plates we picked up were hot and had food on them, as was the case with the people in front of us. We searched for clean plates in the stacks, however, all the plates were hot. Salad bar was okay but nothing special.
I had the New York steak which had good flavor, I asked for medium rare, the skinny end was medium rare but the fatter end was very rare. My husband had the prime rib which he asked for rare. It was dry and over cooked and not very flavorful. He asked for a loaded baked potato and then they came back and said they were out of baked potatoes, we had a 7 pm reservation and they ran out of baked potatoes at a steak house... :( However, the sweetpotato augratin he got instead was actually quite good.
Ironically, the dinner plates were cold unlike the hot salad plates.
Not the best anniversary dinner we have had. We drove up from Salt Lake City and found that Logan doesn't have good options for a nice special occassion meal. Can't say that I would recommend coming here for dinner for any occassion, especially for the money.
