   Tv was quite loud and we were at other end of hotel.

   Went to bogan bingo Sunday, found the drag queen loved to swear, perhaps tone it down. It is summer holidays and kids are about. Thursday raffle seemed to be for the locals as we had hardly any blue tickets after spending over $120 at the bistro and $40 behind the bar. Musical bingo again if your a local you win with multiple bingo sheets, not exactly fair. Unlikely we'll be going back, perhaps twin towns would like our patronage. Good luck finding next patron's.

   Booked an outside table for dinner on Saturday. Arrived and was firstly ignored by staff for about 10 mins before being told that to get an outdoor table we should have booked a “terrace” not “outdoor”. It was only 6pm but it was noisy and loud and the atmosphere wasn’t great so we left. Wouldn’t go back.

   friendly accommodating staff with live music and a great position overlooking the parklands down to the beach

   We seriously had the best time! Live music, great food, excellent service. We came to watch the AFL on the big screen because we couldn't get the match on TV at our accommodation. We had an amazing, energetic, positive experience and enjoyed the night so much. I texted friends to say we had found an awesome pub to watch the game at, with the benefit of fabulous food, and an incredible live music act thrown in. Absolute bangers! Lisa Hunt brought it and then some. Singing out loud and watching footy while eating steak and prawns - somebody pinch me! Thank you, Cooly Hotel.
