Best ribeye we have ever eaten! Will go back for that steak again and again.
Salad was nothing special, just lettuce and a few baby carrots. Green beans were a little tough.
Scalloped potatoes were fabulous!!! Bread rolls are yummy too.
Cocktails were not great.
Apple cobbler was out of this world!!!
What an experience! Great food and presentation. Our grass-fed, organic ribeye was the best steak we have had in Buffalo and was perfectly cooked to our order.
Mrs. Giles is a delight to talk to and full of historical information about the TA ranch.

We found out about the TA Ranch on Open Table, not too many entries in NorthCentral WY. Went for our anniversary, on a Thursday night. We were the only diners there. Lori/Lauri greeted us, congratulated us for our anniversary and gave us great service. My husband had the NY strip steak and I had the rib eye. The salads had the freshest lettuce I have ever had. The steaks were the 'usual' excellent WY beef cooked to perfection with fresh green beans, grilled tomatoes, and potatoes augratin. All was delicious. We knew the TA Ranch was historical, later we learned the rest of the story. Great food in a wonderful location with a huge back story. We will go back and bring others.
It was a beautiful drive to the TA Ranch and then the scenery at the Ranch was spectacular. The dining area had great views out of the many windows with the dogs, horses, ranch buildings and ranch setting that helped us relax and enjoy the delicious meal. The wait staff were friendly and welcoming, and attentive to our needs during the whole evening. The fresh baked rolls really set the stage for the meal to come. The salad, with the fresh, out of the garden ingredients, was a wonderful next course. The buffalo ribs had fall-off-the-bone meat that was seasoned just right. The steaks were tender, juicy and seasoned just right - and a really generous portion. The fish was also tender and had some interesting but fantastic tasting breading. The scalloped potatoes were not the Betty Crocker out-of-the-box scalloped potatoes - They were exceptional. The carrots were cooked just right, with the proper tenderness and seasonings. The tomatoes were so good, even the guest who does not like tomatoes, ate them. And then the desserts were a superb way to finish the meal. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
We would not hesitate for a second to return the next time we are in Buffalo.
Best ribeye and prime rib on the planet! Casual atmosphere. Beautiful ranch surroundings! The staff really care that their diners have a great experience. Be sure to call for reservations though since they have a small staff. I highly recommend this place!
Service was very inexperienced, not sure they knew how to wait on tables . Food was good
