   Service and food were wonderful. They could pace the food delivery. We were at a table for two and order small plates and they brought several out at once and there just wasn't enough room for the food.

   I love the Cook & the Cork. Their food is consistently good and the menu changes weekly so you can eat there regularly and never get bored! The restaurant's small size ensures the service is attentive and the atmosphere is cozy!

    This was our second time visiting The Cook and The Cork. We chose to sit outside this time around and we highly preferred it compared to the inside. Much more of the ambience we prefer. The food was very good and our waiter was top notch!

    I had dinner here with family for New Year's Eve; we had a 7 o'clock dinner for the course meal. The place was pretty dead, which was okay for us; however, the next part was unacceptable to me since that was the case. Our waiter was so busy talking to what seemed to be his friends at the bar that he was paying no attention to our table. One of the starters was dropped on the way to our table, and we sat there waiting 10 minutes for him to bring another one. While the starters were all good, we all had the beef for the main, and it had no taste. The meat was cooked properly, but the flavor was nonexistent; it needed some salt. The price charged for dining that evening was not worth it, especially since the service could have been better when they weren't even busy. I've only dined here one other time, and this is my last.

    this was my second visit. i had a really good experience and i plan to be back it is nice to have a wonderful meal and be able to talk quietly with your dinner partner with the background mu music and conversation at a pleasant level !!!!

    Great tasting food, friendly and attentive service, owner as well comes around to make sure all is good. Large wine selection. Recommend the short ribs, mussels, fried rice tuna, dates wrapped in bacon and the crème brûlée

    We love the cook and the cork and always enjoy it. The food is amazing and we like the outdoor garden area although the inside is nice too just a little more noisy. The service is excellent and the vibe is just perfect.

    We try a new restaurant about twice a month and selected this one. It had good reviews and a menu that suited us. We made an early reservation at 6pm and the small place with a small patio place filled up with regulars after we'd been seated for about 30 minutes. Not crowded but plenty of guests. There is a nice bar - wine and beer only - that was fully occupied and out of the limited number of tables about 1/2 were occupied. Service was excellent with wait staff that are long time employees and know gracious dining. The menu is tapas style focused on meats with other tapa plates and larger main dishes available. The wine list is extensive with many different wines that you won't see in supermarkets. The lowest priced wine was $40 going up to $260 (Opus). Many European wines that are young and need to be decanted. We had one of those and it was nice. Wife had the entree Chicken and Waffle, I had the NY Strip - both dishes were excellent. We finished the meal with Key lime pie and pumpkin cream brulette. These deserts were reported as home made by our waiter who the "cook" allows to dabble in the kitchen. Getting the brulette and glaze right on a cream brulette is a skill. This one was about as perfect as you can get. The brulette was smooth not lumpy. The glaze not too thick or too thin. A double expresso finished this excellent meal. If you eat light and like small tapas plates and smallish main dishes, this will fit your dining tastes. Be prepared to pay high prices for wines - the median price per bottle was around $65. If you are likely to drink more than a glass get a bottle. Per glass prices start at $14 (I think there were two house selections for less than that). WIth a bottle of wine, expect to pay in the $100 to $150 range for 2. IMO, this small place is a Coral Springs find. Highly recommended.
