We are a chef-owned restaurant that explores American and global flavors. Expect an awesome dinner of sharing plates, incredible cocktails, an award winning wine list and rockin' tunes! A mural wall by graffiti artist iSurge, lush tropical greenery and an herb garden helps set the mood on our outdoor patio. Recipients of consecutive Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence since opening for 10 years straight, and a DiRona Fine Dining Award recipient since 2016.
The menu changes slightly with every season, and the wine, sake, and beer list is always evolving and growing.
The Cook and The Cork does not want to be considered fine-dining, but we take food and drink seriously. Our goal is to have all our guests be a part of the fun, and to share the love we have for the restaurant, food, and staff. The Cook and The Cork is actually the spin-off of Parkland Chef Catering. For fifteen years, we've been South Florida's premier full service catering company. We take our show on the road to cater for social and corporate clients from Miami to Palm Beach.

The Cook and the Cork is only open from Wednesday through Saturdays for dinner. The restaurant is available for private use any other time. Our outdoor patio is a cool place for a casual, kicked-back themed event. We can accommodate up to 80 guests throughout the facility. We've had kitchen parties, backyard parties, elegant sit-down dinners, baby showers, birthday parties, sales meetings, to name a few.

Back by popular demand! Our second annual Comedy Night (and these guys are really funny!) There are two seatings, 8pm and 9:20pm. Dinner seatings start at 6pm through 7pm, a cover fee for the comedy show is $15. per person. The later show we will have small plates & bar bites, snacks, desserts, and drinks. The cover charge for the late show is $5. If you are staying for both shows, 2 cover fees apply.

This was our 2nd time dining here and once again, it did not disappoint. It should be a Michellen Star restaurant. The food is to die for...I think the short ribs and potato dish is the best meal I've ever had. The cocktails are expertly made as well. I feel lucky to have this type of restaurant in our neighborhood. Even better, the service is like a 5 star restaurant...maybe better. Word for those with kids...come early and this is not a great restaurant for kids who like to run around or cant sit still. Our kids are great in restaurants but the vibe here is more adult friendly. The hostess and waiters all made our kids feel welcome but I think I, myself, feel more comfortable here without my kids 😀. Great date night.

We come here about three times a year and it’s our favorite “nice date night” restaurant. Food is amazing - fantastic flavors and everything is cooked perfectly. Extremely well run restaurant with professional and meticulous staff throughout. Don’t obsess over what to get - everything is superb.

I was expecting more out of this visit and we were unfortunately very disappointed, sad about spending food on bad money and left hungry because the eats were just not there. They didn’t have any soda or bottled water and instead forced us to drink tap water, the dip we ordered was so bad and it tasted like it had been sitting for days and they just put it out like “here, eat it or don’t” and the food overall gave us one hell of a heartburn the next day. Not the kind of place you need to give a second try to as the first impression was significant enough to know we will not be back. There isn’t anything worth writing back home about in regards to this place.

We went to the Mother's Day pre-fix for lunch. The 80s theme was fun and it was lively in the restaurant. The appetizers were good, even though the caesar salad was pedestrian. Main courses were good, the ribs really delicious, but the fried chicken was a bit bland, lacked a good dipping sauce, and the mashed potatoes that accompanied a few of the main courses needed some gravy. The bread pudding was yummy, but the short cake felt store bought. The sangria was also very good. We love the Cook and the Cork and will always return to see what is next!

Great menu. We ordered the appetizer special (steamed clams), the KFC, pierogies, parchment mushrooms, and Wagyu bolognese. Everything was great except the bolognese, which was way too dark red and acidic. It was $30 but tasted like a sauce you would get at an Applebees or TGI Fridays. Very surprising and disappointing for this type of establishment. My daughter had ordered it and only ate about a third of it. Our server asked if we wanted to take the rest home. We declined and explained why. He took half off the cost of the dish, which was not requested or expected but very appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed the restaurant and will be back.
