Through story and sustenance, we honor the unbroken lineages that continue to nourish, inspire, and resist. Join Chef Luis Martinez (Zapotec) and Chef Bleu Adams (Mandan/Hidatsa/Diné) as they share a five-course journey rooted in ancestral knowledge, land-based traditions, and contemporary Indigenous expression. From the mountains of Oaxaca to the high deserts of the Southwest, this evening celebrates the flavors, struggles, and triumphs of our peoples.

    We had an incredible meal at The Continental last night. I ordered the Arizona Hot Chicken, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—crispy without being overly battered. The sauce had just the right amount of kick, balanced and flavorful. My wife went with the bison burger, which was generously sized, juicy, and full of rich, deep flavor. It came with perfectly crisp, salty fries that disappeared fast. For drinks, I had the blueberry mint mocktail, and it was spot-on—refreshing, balanced, and beautifully made. We finished with the lavender crème brûlée, which I was initially hesitant about (not usually a fan of floral flavors), but it totally won me over. Just a subtle hint of lavender, smooth custard, and a perfect crackly top. On top of all that, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and warm without being overbearing. The ambiance was stunning, with a vibe that manages to be both elevated and welcoming. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. We’ll definitely be back.

    The food was really good. Lots of infused spice from peppers and chiles but in a way that is warm and not overpowering. The food is really well done in its conception and presentation. Loved the look and feel of the restaurant as well.

    It was gorgeous. I loved the esthetics. Food was delicious. Mimosa was great. We took my 4-year old, which was fine, but not really a restaurant for kids (no kids menu, no kid-friendly cups, etc.). I would definitely check it out again, but maybe without my kid.
