   This was our third time there. I think the food was the best ever. The Lamb Shank was so tender and delicious! They are very accommodating about switching out side dishes. This time for some reason wasn’t quite as loud as previous visits. Very pleasant. The service was excellent - even had other service staff provide assistance without prompting. Dessert was outstanding. I think a lot of folks don’t realize that the main courses only have a hint of chocolate. Never overdone. Got to try it if you haven’t yet!

   Slow service, not much going on in restaurant when we dined. Charged extra for the brunch experience and didn’t let us know their systems were still charging the up charged “Mothers day rate” until we raised it. So they were totally content with us paying $20 extra per person until we said something about it. Probably not going to go back. Food was good though.

   Our server Lorena was an absolute sweetheart! She took good care of us and we will always appreciate her service. The food was great, and our desert was amazing. I took my mom out for a belated Mother’s Day dinner and we were not disappointed at all. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

    The Conche would be a lovely, romantic foodie experience if it weren’t so popular. The food is excellent, with many creative and delicious items on the menu, (many of which use some form of chocolate in the recipe), and the staff all work hard to make your visit special, but they struggle to keep up the pace set by the full house that seems to be ever-present. The ambiance is designed to be casual-elegant, but the noise level and general hustle-bustle detract from the intended effect. The restrooms are constantly occupied, and to wait for a vacancy means standing in the middle of server traffic. I give it four stars because the busy atmosphere detracts from the enjoyment of the slick setting and some exceptional food.

    Came for Mother’s Day brunch after seeing all of the hype! However, the service and food options available for the price just didn’t add up. I’m actually very disappointed because I had heard so many great things about this place. But quite honestly, I could’ve had a much more impactful experience and elevated menu elsewhere. Live and learn :) 4 Pax + 2 Glasses of Wine + Tea + One a la carte menu item = (approx) $450+ including tip (Note: Tip was almost $80, and our server had to be reminded of our food and beverage orders+ forgot to bring out pastries and parfaits that were part of our per person cost. I hate being that inconveniencing customer because I was once a server, too, but I had to speak up because we were paying for it :( )

    Mother’s Day brunch was wonderful. We enjoyed all of the courses, especially the desserts. Our server was great. I made the reservation knowing that it would be an outdoor table on the sidewalk. Turned out to be shaded and great weather, so did not cause an issue. High traffic as we were seated at the table closest to the door…made my son take that seat. We will definitely be back and try indoor dining next time.

    Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere! Everyone in my party really enjoyed the eclectic drinks and food. We had a wonderful time and were never rushed by our waitress. She was knowledgable and fun. Thank you!

    Our server Santiago was so pleasant and professional. All 3 couples enjoyed the food and beverages we ordered, and felt we got great value for the money we spent for the meal. Plate service to our booth holding 6 people was little awkward for our servers being able to reach the customers farthest from the end.

    We celebrated our 20th anniversary with the five course meal and wine pairing. It was the perfect evening. Everything was delicious. The staff made sure to make our evening a special occasion. Definitely will go back.

    Definitely the spot for celebrations with innovative cocktails, unique flavors and creative entrees, and truly amazing desserts. My husband and his mother enjoyed their meals very much and my husband enjoyed a flight of cocktails for his Birthday. Danielle (?) was wonderful especially given the amount of people coming in on a Wednesday evening. Still miss the lamb flatbread :-)

    $56 Rib eye steak tasted like a cheap cut of beef, likely due to the presence of chocolate in the sauce. Not sure why they feel the need to add chocolate to just about every item in the menu. Food took a long time to prepare, even though the restaurant was empty and there is no flexibility in the preparation of the menu items, indicating that they are pre-prepared (for example, it's apparently not possible to request mashed potatoes without goat cheese). The $15 black forest cake for dessert is also severely overpriced. I was expecting an oversized slice of cake for that price but it was barely larger than the size of a golf ball. The non-alcoholic drinks were also disappointing. The pineapple drink had no pineapple flavor and tasted like herbs and spices. They were kind enough to replace it with another drink for no extra charge. Unfortunately all 3 of the soft drinks that we tried tasted like cheap soda, even though they cost $7 each. Unfortunately, this restaurant has the pricing of a 5 star Michelin restaurant but the food quality is terrible and so we won't be returning.

    The food was fine and the drinks were superb, but the service was extremely poor. I went there to celebrate a significant birthday year. The customers were more friendly and welcoming than the staff. Our waiter was overwhelmed yet arrogant. There was a guy that must have been a host for certain areas. He walked around with self importance and couldn’t bother to speak to certain patrons. The Conche is not what it used to be…completely overrated.

    Our food was just ok. We really enjoyed the steamed pork buns, dinner wasn’t bad but was just “ok”. The first time we came here the drinks and food were excellent and delicious which is why we decided to return again! Waitress was attentive, and even made our dessert special by having the staff write “kid free” on the plate which made us laugh! Dessert was outstanding, but our actual meal was lacking the wow factor we experienced the first time we came in. Probably won’t come back, a bit over priced for what it was.

    Our 32nd Anniversary dinner was awesome. The food was absolutely delicious, unique and flavorful. The cocktails were well done and whimsical in appearance. Everything I tasted was the best I ever had. The new mussel appetizer was unbelievable in the mix of flavors. Service was top notch. I cannot wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. Even the Caesar salad with the chocolate croutons was the best salad I have ever had. Well done all around. Thank you for making our dinner such a wonderful experience. Lorena was awesome.

    I am a wedding photographer, and I like to take my clients out for a shared experience. One thing I like to do is go out for desserts, and The Conche makes a really nice impression on my clients. I want them to feel special, and I trust the Conche to help me accomplish that.

    The service & food was incredible!! We were celebrating a few things and it did not disappoint. Our server, Danielle, was amazing and took extra good care of us. She even threw in a free chocolate mustache for my son. Everything we ate was amazing. It is definitely fine dining prices, but it lives up to the prices for sure. The cocktails were wonderful, the bacon mac & cheese appetizer was to die for, mains (I got the lamb shank and my husband got the steak) were succulent and my lamb was so tender that it fell off the bone, and the “secret menu item” passion fruit dessert - words do not describe it! If you are going out for a special night - choose The Conche!

    Uncomfortablly crowded and noisy! I didn't see what I would consider to be a good table in the house. Food was creative and the quality of the ingredients seemed good, but the dishes were no more than the sum of their parts.
