Overall experience was ok. I expected a more flavorful meal however the dessert was really good. Disappointed with the level of service and that our birthday celebration was not acknowledged even after it was mentioned to staff during dinner. Probably will not return.

This is a lovely restaurant with amazing food. Went there for lunch and had the buffalo chicken burger. It was delicious! My friend had the spicy lamb burger and it was great too. As a French fry fiend, I could have eaten the rosemary parmesan fries as my whole meal. Again, delicious! But I saved room for dessert. Truely a work of art, that was the best part of the meal. Next time, I may start with dessert.

We had an excellent experience dining at The Conch. We went on a Sunday night and it wasn't terribly busy. Everything we ordered - from starters to the main dishes and the dessert, was exquisite. Full of flavor and cooked just right. The crispy calamari was excellent and every part of the pear salad burst with distinct flavors. We had the lamb flat bread and the Salmon, both were again incredible. Ending with coffee and dessert, we couldn't have asked for a better culinary experience. Bravo, The Conch

Food was mostly quite good and unique, although portions were quite small and pricey. Appetizers of Catalan Shrimp and Crispy Calamari were both excellent, as was the entrée of Braised Short Ribs, but the Seared Scallops were just a bit overdone and lacked natural succulence. Initial seating in a close quarters booth shared by a table of 4 right next to our small table of 2 was undesirable for celebrating 41st anniversary clearly noted on our reservation. Felt like we were eating "family style" at same table with family/kids next to us. They did move us to a marginally better situated table but still not the "anniversary' environment we were expecting. We did then get a welcome glass of bubbly rose and "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate on the desert we purchased, both of which were very nice and appreciated. Very glad we went, but …

We had a wonderful lunch here on Sunday, as usual. Great food - very creative items and each reflects the care of a great chef. My favorite is the roasted pepper and cauliflower flatbread - it sounds simple, but it's so full of different flavors. Truly awesome. The other items reflect that same level of attention.

We dined here New Year’s Eve. It was our second time here and the food was just as memorable as the first time. A true culinary experience.
Food is creative, all with a bit of chocolate to enhance or compliment the flavor of your food.
For our appetizer selection, I got the Ahi Tuna Poke and my husband got the pear and walnut salad. Both wonderfully flavorful. My poke serving was generous and I was able to share it with my husband who doesn’t care for Poke, but he loved this one.
We got the Shrimp and Grits and Halibut as our Entree. The shrimp and grits with Cajun spices was delicious. I was concerned it would be too spicey, but it was seasoned to perfection. The shrimp were tender and generous.
My husbands meal was equally delicious. His portion was on the small side, but it was just enough.
This restaurant does not serve bread, so he relied on dessert to fill him, which it did.
I forget the name of our dessert. It was a rich chocolate mousse with salted caramel ice cream.
A work of art, beautifully presented.
We were talking about our meal the next day, so you know we’ll be back.

Great food and service. Pricey but good food. It was New Year’s Eve and tables in front were so tight that even the wait staff had to squeeze through. I sat with my shoulder under the bar lip and could barley get through tables to use restroom or leave. Felt very stuck at table once I was seated.

Another excellent experience at The Conche. The food is delicious, creative and the quality of the ingredients is top notch. We always splurge for one dessert, even though we are full and take it home to share. Not as good as having it in the restaurant, but still better than anything else.

They did a great special order for one in our party (her first experience here), it was right after the holiday and she didn't want anything heavy, talked to the server and he spoke with the chef - came back with an excellent recommendation and she was tickled pink with what was brought out.

Highly recommended and family is always jealous when they find out that I went *again* to The Conche.

I had high hopes for this restaurant as I have heard so many good things. First impression of ambiance was positive, but when husband and I were shown to our table in the back of the restaurant where we were essentially seated with another party in an enclosed area, I almost turned around and walked out. It was awkward at best. I thought this was more of an upscale date-night kind if place (like Co Co Sala) but the restaurant was loud and children screaming. I dont have a problem with family friendly restaurants; I too have children and appreciate places that cater to families, but I felt confused about what this restaurant is trying to be. Cocktails were uninspired. Dinner was good but not memorable. Service was good but again, confused by some staff wearing street clothes and sneakers while some looked polished and professional. Dessert was wonderful. We decided we have better options closer to home for a date night, so we probably wont be back.

I thought the food was OK when I went there for brunch. But, was very surprised by the price. I didn’t feel that the price really natchedy with the quality of the food. The kids meals were $12. My brunch meal was $23 for eggs. I just didn’t understand or realize how expensive it was. I probably will not be back. I could potentially stop by for some dessert and a coffee but that would be the extent.

Best experience! The menu is so fascinating as cocoa is woven into most recipes. The flavor palate is divine. Don’t let its location deceive you into thinking this isn’t a premier dining experience. Everything we ate was delicious and flavorful. The calamari was superb, the braised short ribs melted in your mouth. The desserts were sinfully delectable! You must go check it out! Best dining experience in a local restaurant.

Samet is the best, always great customer service. They go above and beyond here! Food is super delicious and creative, from chocolate flavored beer and tea to one of a kind dessert cocktails. And if you feel like you can’t wait until the next time you stop by, you can get some chocolates from the boutique on your way out!

The food was delicious and presentation good but the food portions were extremely small! I ordered scallops as my dinner entree and received 3 tiny scallops. They were accompanied by a side of 2 brussel sprouts. I enjoyed them but they felt like "tasting bites" and I left unsatisfied and hungry. At the $28-$45 range they are charging for entrees, they should at least offer a more reasonable dinner portion size!
