We had a delicious selection of tapas style small plates and discovered some new treats. Our favourites were the 'Hoppa' and the cheese dish, but everything we had was very nice. Service was pleasant, timely and friendly. Would recommend.

Excellent food, great flavours and spice content. Really liked the Chick Peas, Tuna clay post fish, Potatoes. Overall great service and nice ambience.

Most of the food was very tasty, but I had a slight issue with a couple of aspects. Three of us exercised the option to have the restaurant decide what to bring to us. Two of us were vegan and one an omnivore. The offerings were a little too balanced towards the meat eater, which meant the vegans felt a tad hard done by. It would have also been good had there been some kind of rice to soak everything up. Indeed, the 4th of our party had ordered off the main menu and held back from eating until the rice arrived, but when it became apparent that there would not be a carb, he went to the bar and ordered a portion. After a while he went to chase it up and saw it had been left on the hotplate and subsequently didn't look appetising. He felt that the £33 he paid for his food and a drink did not represent value for money.

The food was good, we went for the £20 a head option for our group of 5. Our server asked what we liked and we specifically said that we would all like to try the cuttlefish and the pork, we were told that we would have several servings of each (these were the more expensive dishes). Towards the end of the meal these still hadn't arrived so we asked and were told they had 'run out'. No-one informed us of this! Then the bill arrived and it was approx £20 less than we anticipated, we assumed that this was due to us not getting the dishes we specifically asked for. We paid and left a healthy tip. We were then approached on the pavement by a server to say they had 'forgotten' to put our drinks on the bill so we had to go back in a pay the extra. Very poor service, we felt 'stung'. Won't be going back.
