Originally a historic US Coast Guard Station built in 1888 by famed architects McKim, Mead & White, now a spectacularly located waterfront restaurant overlooking Narragansett Bay. Offering an array of creative dishes from lobster & sweet corn tamale, lobster ravioli, grilled swordfish, lobster mac & cheese, & organic chicken; we supporting all aspects of sustainable agriculture and aquaculture. We use local farms when possible and source produce for quality and sustainability. Our seafood is sourced from purveyors that are dedicated to locating species from areas that produce the best tasting and highest quality seafood available.

    I would suggest some noise dampening materials probably in the ceiling . Way too loud for me and I'm a Jazz drummer. Its like a conflict between the view and the sound. Food was good Thank You Ron V

    Sean was an absolutely wonderful serveer. He was so friendly and personable but did bot rush us in any way. Our food and drink was so good!! OMG, lovely!!! Will cone bCk!

    Beautiful interiors and attentive service, but our experience dining was not enjoyable because the noise level was so loud we could not hear each other across the table. In general the food was good, though my husband’s mussels were not hot when brought to the table with the other entrees.

    Never get disappointed at CGH! Delicious foods and great service. For main course I had mahi-mahi, my husband had Bronzino, both were excellent! Cooked perfection! CGH is our favorite dinner date place.

    Party of 4, all had excellent entrees except for one mediocre Caesar salad. Dressing was bland, accompanied by one anchovie. Setting is spectacular, staff very professional, overall fine ocean-side experience.
