The venue is unique to the area, the meat selection is extensive and includes cuts you simply won't find anywhere remotely close; from Tomahawks and dry-aged Salmon to Australian A5 Wagyu, the Clubhouse has it all and all is on display in their fridges. The friendly owner has a clear passion in his meats and wanted to cook our 900g Chateaubriand himself... wow, I am a real meat fanatic and often head to high-end restaurants to sample the best, this was definitely way up there in terms of quality, seasoning, and cooking temp. The only thing we'd dispute is the prices for alcohol, £7.50 for a pint and £13.75 for a single shot cocktail is extortionate for this area.

Excellent selection of steaks, all explained to us so we could make the perfect choice. Cooked to perfection with delicious accompaniments. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

This was a blind booking just from the Google rating on maps without a recommendation but glad we took the leap of faith - great staff, dynamic head chef, amazing food especially the steak we had - overall highly recommended.

First time of visiting…quite slow service, but very friendly staff. The food is excellent, especially the loaded fries, but I did think it was a little expensive. I didn’t appreciate the children running around and being noisy, it was after 20:00….but as a whole, a good evening. Would I go again, yes, but it would have to be for something special.

Amazing food, really delicious had some background music that was t too loud which was also great. Would recommend and will be back soon

We recently moved to the area and wanted to find a good steak house, this place did not disappoint . The food was beautiful, the recommendations were spot on and the service was impeccable! My only issue was the music was very loud. would be back and would reccomend

It was good to see the meat hanging up and being able to select your cut/size etc. The food was prompt but it was a Tuesday evening. The service was good. I would say the food was too salty for my personal taste and my husband commented that he felt like he was "sitting in a corridor" due to the placement of our table. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal (and finished off mine!). I would recommend and I'm sure we will return.
