What a wonderful surprise and experience myself and co workers had at The Clubhouse. From the time we confirmed our reservation at the door to the minute we left the service was incredible. Add in the fabulous food and drink and is a must stop after a day of shopping.
I've been coming here for years, and it's still a good choice. I used to say it was a great choice, but the food has slipped a little. I'm a professional chef so I know food! I've had a few salads that were "tired" - old lettuce and no flavor in the dressings. I had a salmon entree here last month that was spot-on, perfectly prepared. This trip is was the Tuscan Sliders - a favorite. The beef was done correctly and had good flavor, but it's the little things that will get you. The buns were a little old and stiff. I'd suggest toasting them a little to breathe some life into them. Truth is the food is hit and miss these days. They do have a stellar rewards program, and that helps to keep us coming back. If they didn't I can honestly say we wouldn't visit as much.
Server very inattentive. This is a very nice restaurant and I would expect better from it.
Our server, Frank, was amazing! The brunch was delicious.
we had 7:00 pm reservations on a Friday night. I should have known when we pulled up to the Valet stand and were told they were closing for the night because no one had showed up in 2 hours.
Once inside, the hostess advised us that we would be sitting downstairs, in the bar area, because they were slow and the upstairs dining room was closed. There were literally 4-5 other parties seated and 2 people eating at the bar. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food which consisted of: Cheeseburger, Salmon dinner, Sliders.
The price of our dinner was $95.00, without tip and we did not order any alcohol, only tea and coffee. The restaurant itself looked run down and dirty and the food was lukewarm and tasted 'old'.
I don't know what happened, the Clubhouse used to have fantastic menu options and their food was always delicious.
On a positive note, the staff was extremely polite and attentive, but you need a little more than a great staff to have a quality restaurant.
We asked for a nice table for a very special occasion and were stuck in a bench booth next to a loud family with a bunch of kids. Super disappointing !!!!!
Nice menu, we all had salads, everyone enjoyed them. Service was ok, server Talked more to us at end of meal about the loyalty program than throughout entirety.
Celebrated our 28 th wedding anniversary. The restaurant and especially our waiter, Frank, made the occasion very memorable. The service was awesome and food great.... plus Frank brought complementary Champaign and a dessert - wow thoughtful!
We live over an hour from here but make a point of coming in a couple times a year for Frank and the food ....
great birthday surprise cookie sundae for my girls
It was First Friday so it was a great night....
Great! Food and service was exceptional.
We always have a great experience at the Clubhouse. My daughter is on a special diet and they are always very accommodating. The service is consistently great and their food is delicious. The dessert options are also very good and love the way the options are presented.
I have dined here many times over the years and always enjoyed. This time we sat on the outdoor patio and it smelled like sewer! When I told the host and asked to be moved to the other patio, he was indifferent, said it’s like this always and that the other patio was closed even though it doesn’t smell like sewer. Why? No reason. Totally ruined the evening.
Disappointed nothing was done for a birthday. That was the reason we went out for dinner.
What a wonderful lunch we had! The food was delicious! We enjoyed eating outside!
Brunch on Sunday is the finest in the region and suburbs. Attentive service and plenty of food options. Very good Cocktails and wines to choose from all moderately priced and refreshing.
We enjoyed Sunday brunch at The Clubhouse. There was an extensive selection of both breakfast and lunch items. The eggs Benedict were a pleasant surprise--the yolk was still runny and not overcooked, The banana bread French toast was another great taste treat. From prime rib to carved turkey plus all the sides--you won't leave hungry.
We came to celebrate two birthdays. Both birthday girls got a lovely dessert, and we were surprised by the group picture, a nice memento. Our dinners were tasty and the service was attentive and pleasant!
It was my significant other’s birthday celebration and they completely made it so insignificant. I was very disappointed with the service and the server. We never got asked if we wanted a refill or water, we would call Mario over and he ignored us. It was our third time there and this time was absolutely horrible. Very sad because the food is amazing but like I said: service was horrible.
Service was excellent and even though we were waiting for another couple to arrive they were very patient. I’m never disappointed and wish we had one closer to our neighborhood. Always enjoy lunch or dinner and love the atmosphere.
My friend and I had a very enjoyable lunch. The food was terrific and the selection of ice tea was nice. Great place for friends to meet for lunch.
Food is always good. Can be loud at times. Service is fast and attentive. Reasonably priced.
This restaurant is over 20 years old and it looks it . Sad . The curtains are so faded or discolored, chairs look beat up. Walls and ceiling look like never painted.
Our Server was EXCELLENT!! She was courteous, informative, great at watching our table if we needed anything!
We use to love having dinner here as it has always had open seating and food was always good not great. However it's gone down hill. The food is mediocre at best. The last time we came here we said we would not be back, but decided to give it one more try. The prime rib was horrible and the filet medallions were over cooked and fatty. The last little table right by the bathroom you can keep it!
Usually awesome food. This time I got the filet and portobello sandwich. It was just ok. The bread was regular white bread which I think is a huge miss. They really need a French roll, or ciabatta even. The filet was perfect, but not plentiful. Their Kobe burger was great as always. The star of the show here though is always the lobster bisque! AMAZING! Service is always top notch and the ambience rivals any restaurant I’ve been to. Prices though, are high. Special occasion or business meal when reimbursed are ideal. Finally, their Valued Member program is a winner. Every year you get an anniversary offer for $50 off of $75 or more spent. It’s way too easy to spend $75 so no worries there!
The Clubhouse provides a nice ambiance when you enter. The food is clean and well prepared. I recommend the chicken piccatta, prime rib and vodka pasta entrees, but specials are also delicious. The service is always attentive, friendly and courteous. A pleasant place for regular dining or special occasions.
Waitress came off as condescending and with rude vibe. Required multiple inquiries about the check at the end of the dinner where we obviously were in a hurry to leave the establishment. Food was average at best. Definitely would not recommend this venue. Look elsewhere.
Food and service = perfection!
There is nothing bad on the menu!
We had the calamari, Cobb and Garbage salads, the Kobe burger, as well as the chocolate cake at our table!
JODY was the absolute BEST waiter I have had in a LONG LONG time - I would deal with the construction just to see him again....
As soon as I got hope I was sick from the food.
Wonderful time celebrating with family. Service and food excellent.
I have been eating brunch here occasionally for several years and plan on continuing with excellent servers like Lynette, and the fantastic Omelette maker Omar.
They could keep the temperature a little warmer, though. We usually find that we are in a hurry to leave because it's too cold.
The flaming spinach appetizer was great but my dish was just ok I would go back just wouldn't order the same thing again.
We have eaten here many times and always have enjoyed our meals. Victoria was our server and did an excellent job of taking care of us. She was outstanding.
Good food great time. Great Mojito!!
Find but seating was across from the restroom which was busy and people would stand or sit on extra chairs waiting their turn. A small portable screen to block the view and toilet flushing noise
would help. The service and food was outstanding and we love coming here just next time we’ll know to wait for a table away from the restrooms.
The prime rib was terrible. Very disappointing. The chair were wobbly. I saw 3 people request new chairs. The paint is chipping. The quality is gone.
Top notch as usual
We have never been disappointed with the food at The Clubhouse. Eating on the first floor is always noisy. My husband, who wears hearing aids, still has difficulty hearing because of the noise level. We always seem to be seated around larger groups that get loud, which is no fault of The Clubhouse. Eating on the second floor is much quieter, but it seems like they don't serve there during the week.
