I’ve dined at this establishment twice now and their prime rib and their salmon was delicious.
Outdoor eating was very warm. but small tables. 2 person table barely holds 2 meal and an appetizer. Also seating along the edge I would leave center table by gate open as a person with a big booty would swipe the person sitting there. Server was extremely nice.
We were celebrating my husbands birthday on a Sunday at lunchtime. We made a reservation for the tent. We were seated right before our reservation time. Our waitress, Allison, was great. Chicken Romano, Salmon, and Bacon Cesar Chicken Wrap were our entrees. The house salad is always yummy as well. Raspberry Cheesecake and the Trio were fabulous dessert choices. The birthday person receives a Chocolate Truffle dessert on a decorated birthday plate.
The food was delicious! Steak was tender and juicy. The calamari was fried just right! I will definitely be back
Everything we ordered was amazing, and the staff was working incredibly hard to give everyone the best experience.
The only thing I would change is the asparagus would taste better roasted or grilled. The steak my husband ordered had a bit too much fat, especially for the price of the steak. My mojito was a little watered down and could have used a little more lime and mint. Still a great experience and worth every penny. Food was delicious despite this.
We ate in a heated tent. It was very comfortable from a temp. standpoint. I was more than comfortable without my coat. The service was average. I had the impression our server had a couple too many tables (no surprise given the pandemic and decreased staffing levels). It was more the circumstances than the server. The food was very good, arrived quickly and the portions were generous. Overall a very good experience under challenging circumstances.
The service was great and the food was delicious. The only problem was that at the end of our meal a large group was seated behind us and they were not being COVID compliant. As they greeted their guests they were standing behind my charge and their back was touching me. There were a couple of kids and one of them hit me in the face with their coat. We immediately got up and left. This was not on the restaurant but on the people dining there. In today’s time everyone needs to be aware of themselves and those around you
Jorge very astute, personable and overall a great service
Our food, service, and experience was overall fantastic. One suggestion though. Move the tables that are directly in front of the floor heaters. It was so hot it was uncomfortable. It actually melted part of the sole of my boots!! Others around us who were not directly in the path of the heaters were fine.
Great food; Medium pricing...Fabulous wait staff/ Clam Chowder to die for.
Specials everyday..
Enjoy
The Clubhouse's food was good despite the current tent atmosphere due to COVID. Will keep going back there until the state reopens.
The drink and food were good. The tent is pretty tight and stayed warm. Service was all over us
Even though we were dining outdoors due to Covid restrictions, it did not feel like it. The atmosphere was pleasant and very quiet. Our waiter was extremely friendly and always made sure that we had what we needed. The drinks were perfect. (I recommend the LAVENDER LEMON DROP). My husband had the filet mignon and I had the crusted Chicken Paremesean. It was AMAZING. I was celebrating my birthday and I will definitely be back. GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE
The sweet potato fries were great. And the spinach and artichoke dip was a nice starter.
Great ambiance for dining during a pandemic!
The service was exceptional even with limited staff.
It was so hot, uncomfortable because we were out on patio with heat blowing in the tent
We went to dinner for NYE and given the date and the pandemic choices were limited but were pleased that the Clubhouse was still taking reservations. The tent was cozy and warm and a nice night out given the circumstances.
New Years Eve--Tented. Good food--Try the chicken romano. A bit cold--but thet was to be esxpected. Always a good choice. More in 2021--we hope!
A bit cold, but otherwise very good.
Food & service by Johanna were great!
Loved the food! Great service! Our server Nicole was Awesome! 😊
Good food and service. Outside dining was very comfortable despite the cold
Food was good but not extraordinary. The server was great and staff was great. I’ll come back when i can eat indoors. Tent was warm. Chicken parm was ordinary. Bisque Soup was very good, even coming off a NOLA trip, still very solid. Salmon was good.
Food and service was great. The tent was nice and warm. Great restaurant Lobster bisque is to die for.
We were searching for a restaurant that offered on site dining. The Clubhouse came up and looked promising. The prix fixe menu was especially attractive.
BUT!!! It was freezing in that outdoor tent. Every time the door to the restaurant opened, a blast of cold air came in. And half of the tent wasn't sealed at bottom so the flow of cold air was constant. Wear warm clothes if you can tolerate eating in a refrigerator. I had a sweater on and was still uncomfortable.
We went on a very cold evening and unfortunately the tent that the restaurant is now in was a few inches from hitting the floor so my date unfortunately froze your feet pretty bad otherwise we had a good time and don't go on a windy day because the tents blow up against you consistently as you eat.
Good holiday meal. excellent service. Heated tent OK.
Christmas Eve lunch in the tent was fabulous. Food was warm and delicious-all three of us had the Chicken Romano. Bread was warm and yummy. The house salad is the best-love the blue cheese crumbles. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The tent was nice and warm. We were seated in the corner right by the heater. We were happy to be able to keep our tradition of dining at The Clubhouse on Christmas Eve.
We went to the clubhouse on Christmas Eve when it was 14° out. I assumed I would be eating lunch with my coat on but to my pleasant surprise the tent was very comfortable. Perfect way to start out the Christmas Eve holiday with my family. Food was delicious service was great. This is our tradition every year and the Clubhouse did not disappoint
wonderful server and great atmosphere. Loved our food and cannot wait to be back soon.
Great waitress
Everything was great expect for the part of having us right next to the heater. It felt as if I was in Florida during the summer time
It was our 4th Annual Girlz Winter Weekend. We typically go to Clubhouse for brunch on Sunday so this was the first time most of us had eaten from the regular menu. The food was excellent; the calamari and bruschetta were perfect! We also enjoyed the mimosas. There were two to-go orders also. One came out and was okay. I ordered the seafood Cobb salad no bacon. The server apparently forgot because it wasn’t on the bill. I ordered it again and paid for it separately. The seafood Cobb salad no bacon came with, you guessed it bacon. The server was apologetic and said she’d have the salad made over. We moved to the bar area because we were well over the 90 minute timeframe (there were issues with my clubhouse vip card). I received my salad and proceeded to drive all the way to Matteson. IL where I live. I quickly prepared to serve it to my paramour and that’s right you guessed it, my seafood Cobb salad no bacon had bacon on it again. To say I was upset is an understatement. I called the restaurant and the manager mailed me a gift card to cover the cost of the salad. This was appreciated however I had just arrived home from a wonderful relaxing weekend and bought dinner so I wouldn’t have to cook. Due to the restaurant’s mixups I had to cook dinner.
I ordered the chilan sea bass and it was cooked to perfection. It was great but not fulfilling. I wouldn't order it again for that reason
It was cold we were next to the tent the wind was strong I wanted a different table
Outdoor dining tent roomy and sheer enough for a nice view during our luncheon
Menu selections were excellent tables spaced nicely and comfortably warm enough to remove our coats
Best of the many places we have dined this year during the pandemic
Even with the limited menu, the Clubhouse offered a well rounded food selection, good tasting food and excellent service. Enjoyed our meals and our evening.
We sat in the sunny tent and had the BEST service and food. Perfect girlfriend lunch.
The service was good as was the food but the outdoor tent temperature was very erratic and our table was near the vent. When the heat was on, it was SO hot at our table making the dining experience less than ideal.
