Club Room embodies New York nightlife: glamorous and swanky, filled with music that shimmers with hope and crackles with stakes. This two-room bar has the feel of being in your own private living room or a gentleman’s club, with chartreuse-hued walls, giant potted plants and plush sofas. A gilded bar with deco-style murals of peacocks give a sense of warmth and femininity, while oversized black and white photos loom, featuring commanding subjects like Peter O’Toole in 1970s London or Lee Marvin on the set of Pocket Money. Fabrizio is the beloved doorman, who ensures the dance floor gets groovy with guest DJs every night.

Fun place for drinks. It is beyond noisy and loud. Hard to hear people speaking. They could turn the volume down a bit to make the experience better. The food was surprisingly good. The service was atrocious. Our waitress was quite snotty and rude. Regardless I would go back for a drink there but maybe in the other bar.

The pianist was amazing. What a treat! Can’t wait to go back for date night again.
