    A simple silver that can be found anywhere else, flavor? Normally, I ordered a cup of wine and it took them more than 10 minutes to serve it to me. They lack desserts, the same options that you get in other places. general, rest overrated

    Indiqué que quería reservar en Terraza y no me complacieron. A pesar de que reservé 1 semana antes. Estuvo lloviendo un rato pero al salir vi que había gente en las mesas de terraza. La comida es buena pero muy cara para lo ordinario que ofrecen. El servicio es muy bueno.

    Excelente ambiente, muy buen servicio, y la comida estaba buena. El único detalle es que si van a aplicar alguna promoción (2x1) en el desayuno bufete, deben indicar antes de que les cobren porque sino la tarifa será normal para las 2 personas.

    Precios carísimos una copa de vino casi 10,000 cólones y la calidad de la comida pésima. El servicio muy malo y el restaurante las instalaciones no eran lo esperado, parece un comedor

    Los extranjeros y los nacionales deben ser atendidos de la misma forma. Pedí información de precios antes de ir y no me la dieron muy clara, o yo no leí bien el anuncio pero tampoco me sacaron del error. El desayuno es muy bueno, pero un precio razonable seria de 15 mil colones o 16 mil lo máximo , ya casi 20 mil es mucho. gracias

    Excelente, el lugar, la calidad de los productos, el nivel de musica la temperatura del lugar, un lugar muy agradable para hablar con amigos y disfrutar un día de un buen desayuno en las alturas de San José la vista del estado nacional impresionante, vale la pena.

    La relación costo-beneficio demasiado alta sinceramente, los pepinillos de la hamburguesa venían rancios y con moho envima, con un olor nauceabundo, la salonerq muy amablemente nos contó q es q los tienen afuera, sin refrigerar, y seguro es por eso, total descuido y pésima manera de manejar los alimentos. El milk shake que pidió mi hijo, era literalmente un refresco de banano el leche (el milk shake es y sera siempre en helado). La salonera q nos atendió, por nada atenta, se nota q atienden este tipo de situaciones con bastante frevuenxia, porq todo curso como en automático. En conclusión, no volvería !

    Excelente lugar, el ambiente muy tranquilo. Recomendaría el uso de calentadores de gas para exteriores tipo pebeteros o de columnas.

    Horrific service, had to return food, some food did not make it to the table, took nearly 45 minutes to get food, 15 minutes to get water, do NOT go to The Cloud. Views are great and if you want to drink and look out the window, might be a good spot, but for dining, experience and value one of the worst I have been to this year

    Una bonita experiencia, muy atentos a todos los detalles y fueron súper considerados con mis solicitudes por ser una fecha especial. La comida bastante buena, el lugar muy bonito con una vista espectacular. Paul fue muy amable y atento. Definitivamente volvería!
