Built in 1899 and located in the center of town is the Clinkscale building. The lower level houses our Lobby Bar and Restaurant serving Craft Cocktails and Modern American Cuisine. Open for service without reservation for breakfast, brunch, & lunch, with reservations recommended for dinner. Upstairs you will find our boutique hotel with 6 Exquisite Guest Rooms and a Penthouse each with luxury amenities individually decorated which just add to this building’s already Historic charm. Clinkscale is our must stop restaurant when visiting Jerome. The food is excellent, and the service is very good. We are never disappointed. The Chicken Milanesi consistently the best anywhere. The muscle appetizer is generous in proportion and amazingly fresh considering there is no ocean nearby. The wine list is limited but still has some gems and the creative bar menu gives many interesting choices.

As usual Clinkscale meets expectations. We brough friend from out of town to dinner, and they raved about the service, the food and the experience. You can not go wrong dining at Clinkscale.

We showed up early for our reservation, and they were able to seat us right away. The food only took maybe 10 minutes, and it was amazing! Drinks came quickly as well and they were also delicious. We would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back.

Amazing dining experience! It was a random pick on OpenTable and we’re so happy we made the drive from Sedona. We had the chicken and pasta, scallops and orzo and beignettes for dessert. Everything was amazing! Our server, Jamie was also wonderful. Thank you, we will be back again one day!

Our second time here and just as enjoyable as the first. Had a great waiter but unfortunately I don’t remember his name. The shrimp and grits is fabulous and my husband loves the pork chops. Very generous servings
