Wonderful meal, with beautiful flavours. The service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the great jazz music being played live.

Whole experience was excellent, very polite staff , food was amazing , also we were left alone without staff constantly harassing us and asking us if everything was ok , very comfortable atmosphere, will definitely attend again.

We had a lovely evening at The Cliffe, in early September. The staff were very attentive from start to finish. Our meals were very favoursome ...to the extent that we asked about the ingredients used for the delicious jus.

The food was excellent but unfortunately we were sat in the restaurant next to a very noisy party of people and with no soft furnishings or curtains in the room the noise just echoed, also combined with the saxophone jazz band in the lounge even the waitress was unable to hear us to take our order. We were served drinks straight away but then it took 45 minutes to receive our bread and olives. Then finally we got our main course which was lovely, but I feel the service was somewhat slow. Although the food was 100% I’m not sure we’ll return because of the failed atmosphere.

We went for the chef's tasting menu and it was absolutely spectacular. The food was really nice and very well presented, the portions well sized so we were completely full by the end of the meal. The timings of each meal were really well timed too. The wait staff were fantastic and really accommodating and the cocktails served was really well made.

Fabulous food as usual, although we missed not having the delicious pasta on the menu! Also, the menu wasn’t the same as indicated on the website, but a delicious lunch.

Brilliant Father's Day Lunch at this lovely establishment. Everything was superb and will definitely return in the future with family and friend's, as it was just myself and husband who lunched on Father's Day.
