Excellent meal last night at The Circle. Standouts were the octopus appetizer and plum gazpacho. Drinks were inventive and delicious. Presentation was five star level. Staff were friendly, professional and attentive.

Usually have the best experiences at The Circle. But this was not a good meal and the wait was troubling. Something is off. And the exterior was in shambles - garden holds extra garbage now. New owners? So confused.

A wonderful, relatively small restaurant with excellent cooking. Offers several fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. All are prepared with creative ingredients and/or sauces. On our latest visit we forgot to ask about the specials and our server forgot to mention them. Make sure you do as they sounded great and a neighboring table sung their praises. Northern NJ is lucky to have this gem of a restaurant.
