   Very tasty lasagne and chips for lunch. The lasagne was piping hot and so too were the chips. Great service as always, this time from Chloe.

   The restaurant was very busy, however my table was reserved for me on my arrival. Vibrant atmosphere, good service and very nice food.

   It was ok ...... just ok. Not what I would expect for a meal out ....... more like just what I have for myself as a quick meal at home. Not particularly good value.

   The food was excellent, but service was slow. We were there for 2 hours and we only had 2 courses. In the end we left without having the coffee we’d ordered.

   Lovely atmosphere, warm and cosy. However there was a long delay from ordering the food to it being served. The waitress did inform us before we ordered that there was about a 30 minute delay but in fact it was a 50 minute delay. Also when the food did arrive my food was only luke warm. Perhaps they should not have accepted a table reservation if they can’t get the food out 8n a timely manner. However on a positive Staff were welcoming and attentive

   It was the best Sunday roast I’ve had, lots of everything, beautifully cooked beef, great vegetables and seriously good Yorkshire puddings, we’ll definitely be back but next time my wife can drive and I can sample some of your ales!! :)

    The staff were helpful and extremely attentive and efficient. Our friends were very impressed we had suggested this venue for a Friday night meal. Great value with the complementary drinks with the set menu of the day deal
