   Food was ok. I feel it lacked seasoning. The steak was cooked to perfection but no flavor. Even the steak butter lacked seasoning. The mac and cheese lacked seasoning and lobster tail. For the price, I expect more flavor like Morton’s steakhouse! I ended up taking my food home and seasoning it and it was good. But for the costs, I shouldn’t have to. The atmosphere is nice and it was not too busy. I wish the servers were more available. I felt our server was so quick to disappear and would never come back. Also, it was my first time there. I would have liked to had been told some stuff about their specialties or recommendation. Need better customer experience.

   I have to preface with we love The Chop House. This review is about a singular occasion - Mother's Day Brunch. Unfortunately this was not the best experience. We made reservations because we were expecting the fabulous buffet (and I am not a buffet person) that was offered at the wreath making event in the winter . Instead, it was a limited brunch menu, with the option of ordering from main menu. The brunch menu was pricey considering what you received - a starter, entree and dessert. My friend and I opted for Brunch, both of us getting French Toast. It was basically 2 slices of white bread made into French Toast. For dessert, 2 of the 3 options were sold out. (we were offered the option to select a dessert from the main menu as a substitute) Service was slow, even though it wasn't busy. Our husbands ordered from the main menu because there was nothing on the brunch menu they found appetizing. Their food was much better, although they mentioned the soup was smaller than normal and they weren't offered the bread basket you usually get with the main menu. On a positive note, all the employees were super nice. Becca and Jake behind the bar are always wonderful and make incredible cocktails! Dario in valet - awesome. The managers and wait staff were also incredible. Each of these individuals went out of their way to make the day a wonderful experience. We will continue to patronize The Chop House because the food and service is generally top notch. Mother's Day brunch was just a fail for us :( and won't go back for a brunch in the future. We will stick to Happy Hour and Dinner.

   Like, our waiter, was perfect. He knew the menu who provided my wife with reasoning for her to try the ribeye vs. her favorite my strip. Luke gave us ample time to enjoy our cocktails and appetizers before our entrees. We were provided with a mini crème brûlée for our 56th anniversary. Luke was very friendly and provided great service. We will ask for him again.

   Had Thursday dinner. The bone in rib eye was mediocre wife liked the petite filet, garlic spinach wasbelow average, potato excellent as well as the french onion soup. Server was friendly overall overpriced for the quality.

    Excellent food as always.One of the best steaks I have had in a while.Server was excellent and everyone was very pleased with their experience.
