   We always enjoy our experience at The Chop House! Amber was our server today and she was wonderful. Will ask for her again. The food quality and presentation is consistently excellent and the service is timely. No recommendations for improvement...just keep it up!

   The food here was delicious! My husband & I both really enjoyed our meals. The deviled eggs were amazing & the filet was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back.

   Great food & Bartenders - ate at the smaller bar in front of the restaurant - Top Quality - ! Great service by the bartender staff.

   We had a wonderful experience at the Chop House. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We went to dinner with friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday. When we were seated at our table, there was a birthday card at the table that was signed by the staff. I thought that was a sweet detail. Our entire group raved about their meals. I had the chicken and mushroom soup along with a steak. It was delicious. Thank you Chop House for an enjoyable evening!

   Tonight was not typical of our experience at Chop House. Two seafood entrees came out and were getting cold while we waited for two beef entrees. The halibut, which I ordered underdone, was very overcooked, the beef medallions were not cooked to order and had little to no flavor of Boursin cheese topping. The most prominent item on the plate was a large pile of very salty fried onion rings. It was so out of proportion to the beef. And finally, as poorly prepared as my halibut was, I was reluctant to send it back because I had just sent the bottle of wine back. We asked for their driest white and it was very sweet. So we went with a white we knew. We were celebrating a birthday, which I told them in Yelp and again at the table. I thought they had a complimentary birthday dessert but apparently I was wrong about that. So we ordered two desserts to go. I’m sorry to say we were disappointed in the grand marnier whipped cream on the chocolate mousse. There was no hint of grand marnier. The chocolate mousse was excellent. Having spent almost $300 for a party of four I expected better. A final thought, it is very common for a server to pour a taste of wine when you order a bottle to be sure it is what you expected out that the bottle is good. Unfortunately our server poured three full glasses before we had a chance to taste the wine and send it back. As a result, they lost the whole bottle that we sent back and then she did it again with a new bottle, which of course we kept because it was dry. It makes me wonder if chophouse has had a lot of turnover and they’re still catching up on training both in the kitchen and in service
