Prime rib was delicious as usual! My favorite place to eat!
Waited almost an hour for food when it arrived it was chicken was cold burger was greasy ( not juicy) did not eat manager took care of the bill
Great food. Our server, Austin, was tremendous.
Great experience all the way through- went for a Birthday dinner & will definitely be back!
Our waitress was awesome. The food was cooked exactly as ordered. The manager even checked on us. It was a really pleasant, delicious meal
If was our first time going to the chop house. I think we had higher expectations. Didnt meet our expectations. Still good food but not worth the price. Our opinion.
Our waitress, Kyla was excellent. She took great care of us.
Good food; great service. Will recommend to friends
Overall we had a great experience. Unfortunately, the prime rib was supposed to be medium rare and what we received was medium well. Other than that the food was outstanding! There was a party of about 10 older gentlemen at the table next to us and they raised the noise level, but that was not terrible.
It was ok-nothing special on any level.
I have rarely seen such outstanding service!
Our server, Lesley, was fabulous, and although you could tell she was busy with closing duties, she never once made us feel pressured to hurry our meal.
I rarely eat seafood of any sort in a "land-locked" state, but I am so tickled that I broke my own rule and had the calamari and shrimp appetizer! I cannot recall when I have had such tender and delicious calamari!
You can tell that their breading and sauces are made from scratch, and are not from a box or bag!
My husband had the T-bone steak, and rarely is he satisfied with how his steaks are cooked, but this one, was to perfection! It was butter knife tender, and not overpowered with seasonings.
I had the Horseradish-Crusted Filet, 9 oz. and it was perfection as well.
The portions of our meal were more than substantial, and we left the restaurant with left-overs.
The only areas that I could see for improvement, would be:
1. Slow down just a tad on how fast the entree comes out, leave the customer with time to enjoy the salad.
2. Be a touch more light-handed, with the alcohol bottle when mixing drinks. Our drinks were way to strong, and although we had good quality alcohol in our drinks, it was overpowering the other ingredients used for mixing.
We had a very late reservation, so we did not expect to have any delays. We were seated immediately, and never once waited on our server.
Lesley made sure that I never had to wait for my coffee cup to be refilled, and she went out of her way, to make me a fresh pot.
When we wanted our bill, we were also not made to wait.
We will definitely return to this fabulous restaurant!
My husband and I were looking for a relaxing and excellent dinner after attending Day 1 of a 2 Day communication seminar. Since we live out of town, we looked for restaurants close to the area of our hotel. The menu and prices fit what we expected to order. We were very pleased with every aspect of the meal. Derrick was attentive while respecting our privacy. Timing of the servings was spot on. My husband's steak and my seafood were prepared perfectly. We also enjoyed seeing the young people all dressed up for the homecoming dance, a nice change. It felt like we had a glimpse into the community we were visiting. In all a delightful evening.
Everything was excellent except prime rib was fatty and not as tender as normal. Flavor was good and still edible, but just not as good as they normally are at this restaurant.
Great food and service!
The staff was slow and provided little service. Asked about items on the menu and the server would say “I don’t know”- really? The food was nothing special and we were both disappointed with the quality and taste. The Chop House is past its prime and we will not be going back.
Arrived early for our reservation, but were seated immediately. My prime rib was excellent, as usual. My husband had the grilled halibut, and was very happy with it as well. Consistently good food, service and value at Chop House.
Really good all around!
Food was good ,too fast on the service didn’t have time to finish salad otherwise service was good
The Chop House is usually one of my favorite places but I was disappointed with my meal last week. I was celebrating a special occasion and ordered my favorite meal. The filet did not taste like any filet that I have eaten before and the grilled shrimp was dry. The filet was really chewy and had no flavor. A disappointing meal that I had looked forward to.
Appreciate your friendly staff who never rush us. We three friends only get to meet every two years and have a lot of catching up to do. We always choose your Chop House for the central location it is for us to meet up.
Fabulous food and service.
Prime rib is always excellent, and best house salad around. Always enjoy the food at Chop House!
This is our 3rd visit and everything has been exceptional each time. Food, service and overall experience is an A+!
We’re almost regulars. Never had a bad meal there. Great steaks, great salads! Natalie was our server...she’s a new staff member but she’s obviously a trained professional. She did an excellent job. She’s a keeper!
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always excellent; and if something isn’t correct, the management takes care to resolve any issue.
I will note however that prices have gone up in recent months.
Sharon always does s great job! Thank You!!
Liz took care of us on our 10 year anniversary. She did an amazing job and made sure we had everything we needed.
Crabcakes didn’t have the taste of crab at all. Have had them for lunch and they were much better.
Disappointing birthday dinner.
The food was great, but I really enjoyed my hot tea. I had them bring me some honey, and they also brought some lemons. It was delicious! I look forward to having that again soon.
Filet Mignon was unevenly cooked and not as tender as normal. Pork Chops were tough - probably should not have ordered the thin cuts. Seafood Fettuccine was not available so had to order pork chops.
Very disappointed. Asked for a cozy booth...were seated in the middle at a table right as you come in. Asked for a booth. Was seated right across from a family with children which normally ok but not for our anniversary. Also booth was way too small and table would not move.
Great service, great food, outstanding atmosphere, no tricks or gimmicks just great food and service.
The service was very slow.
Yummy brunch except no brunch menu, but they still had some great items to pick.
Very good experience. Exceptional food. No complaints.
Food people and service were all amazing I would highly recommend this place. Dessert was so good.
Dinner with friends. Server was very personable and efficient. Food was very good. Service was excellent. One of our favorite restaurants, as food is consistently good.
I love the early bird specials.
The service was very slow. The waitress was working hard but I think they were shorthanded… Not sure.
