Great food and great service!
Celebrating Valentines with the family. Had a reservation but was put in a booth in the bar area instead of main dining. But they sat walk-ins in main dining. Waitress was clearly exhausted. She was ok but not particularly friendly. Never got the bread she promised. Ordered spinach dip but never received plates to share the appetizer and nowhere near enough chips to eat it. Two ordered steaks. Very disappointed. My son’s was 1/2 fat. Both steaks looked like what we used to get at Bonanza, not 30.00 steaks. Ordered seafood pasta and the sauce was great, but the pasta was terribly undercooked. I feel ripped off for what we paid for the meal.
The food was really good, the server was great, the environment was comfortable, however, the hostess was so distracted by gossuping with the other hosts that I stood there for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me trying to check in.
My filet was perfect, but my date's was not!
Her filet was the very end of the tenderloin and had tons of fat and was not tender at all. We sent it back and it was no better when it returned. She ordered a mojito from the bar and sent it back twice. The first time it had no mention or sugar, I told the waiter if the bar tender didnt know how to make it, then we would order something else. He said no, they were just busy. The 2nd one came back with no lime
This location is always on point with their steak and salad. We’ve been to others but this is definitely the best.
Valentines dinner. The steak is absolutely amazing!!! One of the best I’ve ever had! This restaurant will not disappoint!!!
I order a specialty drink with my meal and never received it.My mashed potatoes were cold. The crab cakes were okay. My husbands pork chops were so thin you could see through them and there was no seasoning on them. The food wasn’t worth the $55.00 we spent on it. His macaroni and cheese was really salty.
We dined here for Valentine’s Day because it was on Open table and we could make reservations. Absolutely loved our server, Zack. He would make his Mama proud with his sincerity, concern, thoughtfulness and we watched him be kind to every table he served! This was our first trip to the Chop House, but it will not be our last. We had a delicious steak, fork tender and cooked to perfection! Loved the salad and baked potato, too!!! Congrats to management!
This young man, the face of the Chop House to the customer, made an outstanding profession! To impress another restauranteur, he had to be superb!!!!
This was by far the perfect place to celebrate my friends birthday!
Ordered your Filet. Little on the tough side with a lot of sinu running through the meat
Food was delicious and prepared as we requested. My husbands Alfredo was a portion that could feed 3 people! He said it was the best he's had. We were seated near a fireplace which is delightful. Our server Tricia was awesome. Sp pleasant, explained the specials, brought our drinks promptly and checked on us frequently without being bothersome. Great local restaurant with awesome salads. Happy I live here so that I can enjoy the food, ambiance and quality of dining they offer.
- seated in bar area but had no less service due to this. Waiter and food was awesome! We always go to the Chop House when visiting Pigeon Forge!
This is the second time we went to this restaurant and it was just as good as the first time. The pasta is AMAZING and the pork chops are even better. Definitely going back every time we are in pigeon forge.
Ran out of Shrimp Cocktail. Hubby ordered medium well & his was overcooked. I ordered medium & mine was undercooked. We visited in January which is the off season I would say. Won’t eat here again.
Disappointing visit. The food just wasn't as good as it has been in past visits. The filet mignon didn't have any flavor.
The food and service were great. It is the slow season, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very happy. I highly recommend.
Amazing. You have got to eat here. The food is out of this world.
Jimmy did a great job taking care of us. Everyone was very nice from the host team to managers. Food was hot & delicious. This is a favorite when we’re in the area.
I've been here several times and my steak is usually perfect. It's usually very tender and fixed correctly, but not this time. My steak was not made rare as I like and was pretty tuff. Everything else was fine and I will still eat there again. Everyone has a bad night once in awhile.
Food and service was great
Will return to eat there again
Good food and good service
Always a great dining experience. Awesome staff, amazing food,
Very good service in restaurant but the bar was a little frantic
New Years Eve and it was a wonderful meal.
People working the host stand were rude and server was very scatter brained. She asked us three times if we wanted lemon with our waters then never brought any after we said yes three times. Took 25 min to get a glass of wine and the server kept making comments about how slow the bartender was and how they told her “you’ll get it when you get.” Even if that was happening, you don’t tell the customers that! She dropped dirty dishes from another table next to us and sent ranch flying everywhere. Ambience is something from the 90s and wasn’t very clean. Prices are outrageous as well. Ordered a glass of rose and it was $16!!! For one glass. Two small medallions of filet, $28. Probably 6 bites of meat is all they were. One positive, the food was cooked well. Kids menu also needs help. How does a steak house not have any steak on the kids menu? We literally went there because my 8 year old wanted steak and they didn’t have it in the menu. I had to order an adult $28 plate for her.
Very great food. Fresh and hot. Great menu selection. Good service and good Lunch prices. 9$ 10$ 12$. Eaten at this location 10 times since it opened. Use Open Table.
Great food with a superb atmosphere as always. One of the best places to eat in Pigeon Forge area.
Food, drinks, dessert... All was fantastic! Chad was a very good server.
Food was good, service was excellent. 1 steak dish and 1 fish dish and both were reasonably priced and cooked to order.
Great service, good food and seated on time.
Food was very good. Service was quick and good. Prime rib was tender.
Food wasn't as good as the restaurant in Kodak but it was ok. Steak had a few pieces that were a little too pink, almost red, but overall edible. The hostess was very customer friendly and assisted with our seating concerns. Nice atmosphere & convenient location.
We made reservations so we had zero wait time. From the moment we were seated and served appetizers to the last course of dessert, everything was amazing. The wait staff was phenomenal. They kept checking on us and glasses were always full. The manager walked by and checked on us as well. The atmosphere was perfect for our date night. Cozy fireplace, semi private. Overall experience was great.
They accommodated our early arrival. Service spectacular. Zack the server was excellent. Food cooked appropriately & service was awesome.
My husband and I both had steaks and they were delicious. Very juicy and seasoned perfectly. We would recommend this restaurant and we will be going back when we visit again.
Not much selection on the menu, potato soup may have had one chunk of potato in it, lobster bisque had no chunks of lobster. Petite Pork chops where very dry. Server was very good, very attentive but the restaurant was not very crowded. All in all we were a little disappointed as we have been there before and it was better.
Was trying to find a reasonable steakhouse for my daughter and I while on a trip to Dollywood. Ordered a beer, but wasn’t brought until after our dinner came. Had 2 6oz fillets. One looked about the right size. Mine looked more like 3 oz. For a filet, they were very chewy and we didn’t even finish them. Bread seemed like it was old. Hard, chewy crust and did not seem fresh at all. Sides were not very good either. Went to the lounge after getting back to hotel to eat appetizers since we didn’t eat our dinner. Wasn’t even offered a discount for my beer coming close to the end of the meal and I didn’t even drink it.
Nice meal, very tasty with excellent service from Meg. We would definitely eat here again.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We are from out of state and stop in every time we are in the area.
We traveled all the way from Gadsden, Alabama, it was our first time & it was the best steak & shrimp
