Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.
Booked on Open Table. We arrived a little early and were seated immediately. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
Steak ordered medium and it was well done and very dry, worse fillet I have ever had
This was the perfect place to celebrate our friends anniversary. Lindsey was our server and she made the experience INCREDIBLE! Definitely recommend for a memorable dinner experience!
Great food and atmosphere! The Prime Rib was exceptional!
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The only redeeming thing was our server Adrienne. She was great, but the overall experience was awful.
It was our 40th anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better venue in which to celebrate. I
The CHOP HOUSE staff treated us royally and the food was excellent!!! We always choose the CHOP HOUSE for our special nights out. Thank you.
Ribs were outstanding!! Service was adequate but a little indifferent. We sat outside, which was great, but maybe being out of the main flow was the reason.
When our meal came out, it was the incorrect order. I had ordered steak medallions and they brought a 6 oz. filet. My husband ordered a medium rare ribeye and was brought a well done ribeye. They then brought our correct order but 1/2 of my steak medallions was inedible. It was very tough and gristly. I have never had filet medallions that were inedible. Overall, it was a bad experience. We will not be going back.
Great service, delicious food (we loved the deviled eggs), and so sweet of them to give us dessert to help us celebrate our honeymoon :)
Food was fresh no preservatives and cooked perfectly.
Our 1st time there and my husband and I loved it!!! Best Steak house, hands down!!! Better then Ruth Chris too!!! We can not wait to go back, we wish their was one closer to us...like Charlotte, NC.
Food and service were good but a little noisy.
Everything was great. We even went back the next day to get more of the lobster tails.
Consistantly good food! We eat here every time we are in town.
Good food, good service and good environment
Wait staff that I saw in the bar area were unprofessional. Talking loudly to each other about issues with food orders. The food a steak and prime rib were overly fatty. Don’t know what happened here. We lived in the are a few years ago and went here for an upscale experience. Not anymore.
Excellent food. Cheesecake was superb. Service was perfect. Seated right away. Server was very attentive
For a steakhouse, we would have expected more attention to the steak preparation and sauces. They really were just so-so, with the main concern being over flavor — but the filet mignon and the porter each were even a tad over-cooked. The restaurant was also a little unclean. I realize it was the Friday night rush, but for the price... it could just be much better with a little attention.
Food was excellent as always! Great service! One of our "go-to" places when visiting Sevierville.
Has a reservation and still had to wait 50 minutes even though the table we eventually sat at was empty the entire time. Ordered a 14oz ribeye but it was not even 10oz. Salad never came before the meal. Way better restaurants in the area to ever waste time and money here again. I do not recommend this place.
Overall good food - server seemed to have too many tables for a busy night but overall food was good and we enjoyed the experience
The food was amazing! Excellent preparation and the ingredients were obviously fresh and of the highest quality. Lightning was a little too low for my taste and there was a screaming child (for which I blame the parents, certainly not the restaurant). Overall an excellent value for the price-I have eaten at more expensive restaurants and received a less satisfying dinner.
Great experience! Food was so good! Our server was great. I ordered a Long Island....perfection!
The ribeye had great flavor. Salad was fresh and well presented. This was my first time at this restaurant but will definitely come back!
I was really looking forward to our first experience at a Chop House. We ordered Fillet Mignon medium, and the 9oz. was over cooked, actually well done, and not a good cut. The 6oz. was not as bad but was a little over cooked too. The salads were very good, and the sweet potato and baked potato were alright. I'm not a picky person so for me to complain it had to be bad. This is my first ever review for a restaurant so that should tell you something. Our server didn't impress me much either. Just not a good dinner for the price.
The food was excellent. Made reservations for 6pm. Table was ready as soon as we arrived. Big crowd with people waiting. Wife had crab cakes. She stated they were the best ever ... she loves good crab cakes. I had prime rib. Was very tender and was great. Right up there with the best I have had. Service was quick. Love the option on any sides. Great experience and will go back.
We both enjoyed the options of so many available sides to accompany our entree.
No matter where you go Chop House is always consistent with service and food quality.
We always celebrate our Anniversary here each year!! Food, service, atmosphere always on point and always goes above and beyond expectations! Thank you for always making our Anniversary special!!
We started our much needed vacation in the mountains of Tennessee with our first dinner stop at the Chop House!
The atmosphere was wonderful we asked to sit at the bar while we waited for a table and while we were in there we asked to get a bar table which was such a really nice atmosphere. The bartender, the waiter and the person that seated us were all really really great and to everything that we needed which was amazing!
After drinks, salad, and steak and lobster, we laughed and walked around the shopping mall and then return later for a nightcap at the bar!
Highly recommend this restaurant!!
Our go to restaurant when we are in the Sevierville / Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area. The service is always great and the food never disappoints. Tip: Make sure you make reservations.
While vacationing in the Pigeon Forge area we visited the Chop House two times for dinner in a week. The food is outstanding as well as the service. If you go you must try the Onion Rings for an appetizer.
Food was great. Got in right away. Very good selection on menu.
We had open table reservations for 7pm. Our entrees were served at 8pm so don’t visit here if in a hurry. We mentioned our wait for food to the manager and he said “yeah, we are running behind tonight.” That was his response and nothing more. The waiter was slow and uninformed. The food service was slow. My husband had the filet and it was not as good as most filets that he orders. My pork chop was very good.
For a first time dining experience it was really nice. I would definitely recommend.
I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The ribeye was amazing and the house salad was refreshing. The booths had a very private feel. Perfect for a date. Service was well-timed and friendly.
Our family of 4 went to Chop House for an early dinner. It was not very busy yet we waited over an hour just for our food. Pretty sure our order was forgotten about and put in late. They just kept telling us it will be a few more minutes. The tacos and Mac and cheese were delicious; however, the steak was just okay. Not worth the price.
Very nice place to eat, friendly servers and took very good care of my family and I.
We were thankful to have made reservations. The food and service was wonderful.
