   We had a reservation and were seated immediately on a Saturday! Food was excellent and a very short wait time to be served. Our waiter was Jack ,excellent ,polite and tended to our every need. W I'll certainly recommend Chop House to my friends and relatives.

   Our dinner was delicious and the service was outstanding! My husband ordered a NY strip steak and I had the filet... the meat was cooked perfectly. I would suggest The Chop House to anyone who has not tried it yet!

   Service and food are always impeccable! Considering the quality of the food, the lunch prices are very reasonable.

   First time coming here to eat, heard nothing but good reviews. Got to establishment and was seated fast. Got drinks ordered and brought out. Placed appetizer and ordered food. My friends drink was wrong one. He ordered coke and got Diet Coke twice. No biggie. Got salad brought out for me. Did not have any utensils to eat it with. Asked server after 10 minutes of not seeing her. Got silverware and main entree. Steak was very good but needed more seasoning. My friends steak was overcooked, and he didn’t get his other side till 10 minutes after we got our food. Never got the appetizer till I asked about it and got it after dinner. Did not get any discounts or anything. Not like I wanted any, will not be back.

   this is and always will be my favorite restaurant, but yesterday, wasn't as good...took an early reservation due to Easter....my salad came out after my meal, which by the time I ate it, the food was cold....the Corn Brule is always delicious, but yesterday, tried 2 different ones and it was terrible...not sure what happened...our sweet server tasted it and she, too, agreed something went wrong. My food was good, but it was not the best experience yesterday....only giving feed back because I KNOW you all strive for perfection. thanks for always being good !

   Our steaks were over cooked and the atmosphere was like going to Chili's or Ruby Tuesday's. Lots of kids. The second steak that my wife received was cooked perfectly and they compted her meal so the server and the manager were great.

    Solid place for dinner. Had a business dinner with three people. The server was very attentive and polite. Food was good not great atmosphere was was OK as well.
