Always delicious. The chop salad is ridiculously good.
Everything was great!
We did order drinks and appetizers at our table by the fireplace nice and cozy. The server brought our teas and water as we expect say the smoked salmon dip is on way. We look through the chop house menu and order the seafood and chicken for our luncheon as well. The chop house cook brought out the food entrees to our table before the appetizers arrive nor server forgot about our appetizers at first place order. Chop manager come to our table everything okay say the smoked salmon dip which cost 14 will be on the house since we missed the appetizers order to begin with. Server seem to realize there's no tip this time maybe next time we get everything in order at chop house @ Kodak, TN. FYI: reserve a table is a must. We only have to wait short time like few minutes with reservation online to get to our table by on time at chop house outstanding food and environment 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our server was fantastic. The person taking reservations and seating people didn’t seem to like her job much. She treated everyone as an inconvenience rather than a customer. The food was good. Prime rib, salads and the onion rings are good choices.
Filet was very dry and tough . Appetizer was plain smoked salmon dip just a fish dip placed a on plate. No presentation
Waiter was good.
Hot and very good food. Excellent service.
Great food, great environment, and server was spectacular
Good food, good service. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!
our steaks were not very good cooked to well too many onions in one of the salads soup just ok service was good
We had the filet as we always do.Mine was good but my husband said his was not ! Tasted really tough. Really disappointed.you expertly quality food as those prices.
The service for us was almost non existent, I was out of tea twice and more than 10 minutes each time, finally at the end of the meal I had to drink some of my husbands sweet tea(which he had 3 glasses of) due to not getting any unsweet tea. Our steaks were ordered medium and medium well, both came out rare and were thrown back on the grill, when they did this they also took our sides back with them then brought them back to the table which is a big no no. After food is left on the table it is not supposed to be taken in the back then brought back out. All of this for the bargain price of $90.00, never again!
Perfect for a birthday dinner!
The only reason I took away one star is because I changed my reservation to 4pm from 5:15 and I’m not sure if it was Open Table that didn’t communicate with Chop House but when we got there they wanted to make us wait until the original reservation time more than an hour away. Yet a party of four was let in that had just arrived with no reservation. I had to get a manager involved to accommodate us. Also on my reservation I asked to be seated next to the fireplace and they sat us next to a non-working one. What’s the point? We’ve always loved their food and service and still do but that day we felt less than special. I hope to never encounter how badly they treated us initially at the greeter’s station. Train your people on good customer service.
We sat near the bar. Those frequenting the bar were growingly loud as if they had to yell to be heard which was not the case. Lowered the dining experience for myself and my family. I will request to sit away from the bar area during any future visit. The staff was courteous and professional. The food was well prepared.
Great place that we go to for special occasions. The entrees (steaks) are great, appetizers and cocktails wonderful as well. Only knock would be the soups and salads. Soups tasted like out of a can and salads were not prepped well and I had 100 croutons or more on a Caesar salad. Overall it’s a great dinner spot.
My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous lunch. Our server was wonderful and so was the food. Go there!!!!
This is the second time we stopped in! I think this is our new dinner place when we travel thru this way!! We also love the convenience of the Fairfield inn right across the street! Thank for dinner❤️
We had a fabulous time celebrating my daughter’s birthday thanks to the awesome staff and delicious food. Highly recommended!!
The food was fantastic as always. Nina the server was efficient, organized & a worker for sure. Repeat customers.
Very good meal with great service. The manager went out of her way to make sure our food was just right.
Nothing special, Filet Mingon was tough, cheese cake was pretty good. Probably won’t stop in again, boys greeting you in the front were unprofessional
Always a great pleasure when we get to dine at “The Chop”. Top of my list of favorites and the service is top notch!!
Pleasant but poor service. My steak was over cooked (well vs medium) and our server never followed up to check. Perhaps they were short staffed but in all prior visits there was a manager walking the room to check on things; not this time. Empty dishes sat on our table for 15 minutes before the server returned to clear them. Have had many good experiences here and at other Conner properties; but not this time
We will not ever again eat at your restaurant until we can see our server's face and smile, even if it's a schmoozing smile.
Chop House should not be putting up with this phony impairment of your business.
Very nice dinner. The server was excellent and attentive. The food came out as ordered and it was all very good.
Hardly no wait using the app , things came out in very timed order. Overall very good date night. Thanks
Chop House at Kodak never disappoints! Our go to place for any special occasion.
Birthday brunch
Great experience. Restaurant also did a great job with Covid requirements.
Great food, went for our anniversary trip. Steaks and drinks were very enjoyable. Quiet atmosphere.
Very good food with a full menu available and excellent service as always. Staff all wore masks and social distancing was observed throughout the restaurant. COVID-19 mitigation and sterilization were excellent. Using Open Table helped reduce exposure and reduced our wait time significantly (better than the call-ahead waitlist). Still had to wait about 15 min but that’s to be expected with reduced seating capacities at restaurants. Will definitely be back and will use Open Table.
The food was great. It always is. Steaks, potatoes, vegetables and red wine. Chop House is my Go To place for all that. This time I discovered the horseradish crust on the filet. I wish I had found that sooner! Yum. Also this time the service was not just solid, she was exceptional.
We like to eat outside these days and reserved a table on the small patio outback. The table was ready when we arrived. The patio could use some potted plants. It is a little bare and I don't know what they can do about the interstate noise. It is loud. But still good food, good service, outside. It was a great break for us and I came home happy, relaxed and full of good food.
Awesome place! Food is excellent! Great Atmosphere!
Always a pleasure dining here, we visit several times a year on vacations
Good and server were terrific. However, many staff members including host and kitchen staff did not keep masks on correctly.
I ordered a lunch plate at $16 with 4 large shrimp (as described) with pasta and steamed broccoli. They gave about a half cup of pasta under the shrimp. Come on, pasta is not expensive. The waitress wore a mask and had it placed such as only her moth was covered. They checked temps at the door which is a plus. Have had dinner there and were much happier with portions.
Excellent service (thank you Nina). Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Our favorite place in East Tennessee
Seemed an off night
After our food was served the waiter NEVER came back to check on what was served. My Filet was over cooked and the soup was tepid at best.
