A genuinely excellent visit to the Chop House on a Friday night. No weak spots, great food and service. Definitely one of the best eateries in the tri cities.

This was our anniversary dinner. The prime rib was tasty and tender ( you could cut it with a fork!)!! The waitress was outstanding. Definitely recommend The Chop House!!

The food was delicious! I loved my salad, sweet potato and filet. If you want a cocktail, then I recommend the Pomegranate Martini! It was not only pretty but it was also yummy! I would definitely go back to eat there again.

I’ve been to Chop House several times and have never had a bad meal til last night. It’s always been one of my favs. And, not all of it was bad. My sweet potato was horrible. The Caesar salads weren’t great. We had to ask for bread. I had reservations at 7 and our table wasn’t even ready. I’d still recommend The Chop House. Hope it’s back to being the best next time.

The service was exceptional; however, the sirloin that we got had no taste. We always get the sirloin and it is usually very good. It had little to no seasoning, was cooked medium instead of medium rare. We had onion rings for an appetizer which were outstanding.

Have ate here a couple times and both have been great experiences. The steaks were cooked exactly how we ordered them and had great flavor. Server was great! Will definitely be returning!

My wife and I ordered ribeyes both medium. Mine came out closer to well done than medium well. She chose to eat that one and exchanged with me versus sending it back. The steak was tough and not what I was expecting and anticipating all day. We could barely hear our waiter as he would not speak up and it was somewhat loud. Shrimp cocktail, salad and potato were satisfactory. We’ve eaten there many times and always pleased. I’ll give them another try down the road and if experience is the same it will be my last.

Our reservation was easy to get. I recommend getting a reservation a couple days in advance to be sure you can get in out in a reasonable time. Our visit was relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent, as usual. The service was very personable and professional. I don't think I have ever had anything at Chop House that was subpar. I highly recommend this restaurant and location.

Service was prompt and special accomodations (my wife and I split a meal) were handled OK. We order the 12 oz prime rib, medium rare. When It was served it was about room temperature rather than warm to moderately hot. The loaded baked potato needed more toppings and it was not hot enough. Bread before the meal was not automatically served to us but was brought immediately when we asked about it. The server was attentive and was pleasant; however, because of the "just fair" quality of the food, it was not an enjoyable "dining out" experience --

Vegetables were microwaved not steamed. Nobody was aware about gluten and dairy allergen. I was charged for a shrimp meal when I got only 4 shrimp which should have let me have two sides. I got 2 vegetables and was charged for the second. Attention to detail is lacking to say the least.
