Decided to splurge on a Lobster tail since it was my birthday. Really, really disappointed. The lobster was tough and chewy. It was clear that it had been placed under the salamander for too long.

$126.00 for 4 cocktails, chicken tenders, horrible & Lobster Tail just ok. We’ve eaten there probably 5-7 times in last 8 months and majority of visits was 3-4 stars but this last visit was way below par!! Tenders being the worst of our meals. Matter of fact most fast food venues would be better. Heavy breeding and extremely dry and tough.

My wife and I went to celebrate our Anniversary! Michael was our server and did an excellent job!! He had a great attitude and it made the experience even better!!!

Our server, Julia, was precious and very attentive without being a nuisance. Chop House seems to hire the best. The evening manager was delightful and helpful as well.

We went there for a celebration working lunch during a weekday as a group of 8 and the service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was barely 50 % full. It took us almost 2 h because every step of the process took a long time. All the orders were straight off the lunch menu but some dishes took significantly longer to serve and all. In addition, it would be good for the restaurants to have some vegetarian friendly options for diners as well to accommodate various palettes.

Steaks were grilled perfectly. Sides were very good. Sat in the bar area which was a little louder. But overall was very good.
